I showed them their Instagram story posted just a few hours earlier advertising promotional pricing valid before 11 PM. Despite this, they refused to honor their own posted promotion. Between the lack of staffing, poor communication, and refusal to honor advertised pricing, this was a very disappointing experience. I came to unwind and instead left frustrated. This reflects poorly on management and overall business practices.
