Based on the favorable reviews I saw, we made our way up to Montrose to Mattress Depot. We wondered in and were warmly greeted by Adis. I explained my situation and said that I needed a firm and supportive mattress. He took us to a few beds to try. We even tried the expensive Tempur-pedic mattress. That didn't work for me as it was too soft. We ended up between two more traditional styles and I ended up with the Airloom. Adis was very patient and explained the pros and cons of each mattress for us. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we made up our own minds and feel we got the best one for us. He was able to work with us a little on the price and we made our purchase. He told us a week to 10 days for delivery and it was exactly that. We had the mattress delivered this morning and the delivery guys were great. They even fixed a broken bit on our frame. I have to say that the new mattress is so great. We are loving it. I highly recommend Adis and Mattress depot!

Javier was about to end his shift so he came to say to take our time but that Eduardo would likely be the one to help us out if we needed anything or planned to purchase a couch. Eduardo was equally great, and equally well-dressed. Eduardo ultimately sold us the couch we chose, he made the financing process easy and explained everything to us in detail. We even ended up getting new dining room chairs - which may sound like we got hit with a sneaky upsell but that's not so! We needed new chairs! To finalize the purchase, Eduardo brought over the manager Azi. She was also lovely and we talked about all these reviews - like, people, are you for real with these one stars!? Anyway! The global economic hi jinx that this administration is putting us in makes it hard to pass real savings on to the consumer. Decreasing the ability for staff to service in store guests can not be the answer. Today I was in store and noticed that an item I have been stalking had been marked down. I used the scanner to confirm and it rang up a different price. I walked the entire women's section 2 times. I walked through the 'dressing rooms' that are always closed and used as a storage area twice. There were no sales associates on the floor. I asked a custodial associate about calling someone for help and he kindly let me know that they are not supposed to do that. I walked through the shoes and accessories department and there was not one associate in sight. I tried to look for a mirror to see if I could just make a buying decision without trying the items on. I had to go to the home - mirrors section just to look at the items I was interested in buying. I finally went to the front of the store and saw two people standing watching the registers. I asked one of the individuals for help in ladies, and received a , 'For what?'. I blinked a few times. I think I understood what she was asking, but that was definitely not how you professionally ask that question. After all that the wrong signage was posted. The associate helped me, but I'm not sure if they were happy about it. I ended up having to buy 2 different sizes because I had no way to really determine which size would fit. Now I have to return one of the items. Positive - The Free Assembly / Scoop buyers/designers have leveled up the options in a major way, but who wants to play a guessing game with sizing with a higher price point item. The racks have been fairly full for over a month with these items. Maybe if people could try on items they would purchase more. I'm just waiting for markdowns as this point. Do better Walmart.

Based on the size of my b pond, they recommended smaller size fish and let me know which fish are the easiest to care for. So far, the fish have been doing well! I also got a few water plants. They were so nice to show me all the different kinds of plants what would work. They let me smell them and that was so cool. I got a few that had flowers and the fish have been enjoying them as shelter. I love the sunland water gardens for teaching me so much and having everything I needed.

The woman who helped us was a 4th generation family member and you could instantly tell how passionate she is about the business. She basically gave us an encyclopedia's worth of knowledge in 10 minutes and helped us tremendously. Easy parking, great selection, super friendly, and just an awesome family business. After visiting, I completely understand how they've stayed in business for 65 years. We'll definitely be back.
