We purchased thousands of dollars worth of gear as soon as we completed the class. As we became more experienced, we found that we were over charged for supposedly new but extremely outdated gear. We've had odd experiences with some of it - like our computers showing we're going deeper when we're surfacing, tanks popping out of BCs, you name it. These aren't just things - these are life sustaining tools needed to keep you safe. Harry is more interested in making a buck than ensuring safety and a lifelong customer. Also impressive was the effort she puts in for all the kids there. I could see the advancement in my daughter pretty quickly, she started putting together words and soon was reading smaller books. The curriculum is not limited to reading and writing but covers diverse topics on science, math, geography, Spanish and so on and is taught in a way that's easily grasped by these young tots. Even during the pandemic, Shantha took every effort to keep the teaching moving along via online classes with a similar curriculum. I highly recommend this school.

So I worked here for a short period of time as a commercial diver did some salvage work for them…read morework environment was slim too none as a disabled combat veteran whom does have a heart condition and ptsd was told go home and end his life I was brought aside and asked that by the owner of company, ultimately I quit after trying regain mental capacity and everything but working here there's no med support for diving I mean they got a bandaid for you your breathing of a portable compressor with hit and miss comms I ran what's called a 17 bravo I maintained very well so yeah and for a lot of them being military supposed it was said too me the hardest after the fact the very next day the people I did serve with chose to take there lives did I feel pain diving some chest off an on I blacked out working underwater one time and came too but yeah think I was a bit unsuitable for conditions and where I stand via combat veteran status also if you do choose to become a employee here you only get paid once a month in which becomes very hard to sustain life via housing and everything committing to jobs and what not as a diver there I made under 27$ I think it was 25$/hr was always told if your not gonna say something nice don't say but just warning people on reality and during the interview I was told I was a "hammer" cause of my resume sawing and demolition and also a machine gunner in Afghanistan I felt very un easy during it took the job cause my friend worked there and thought it'd be cool working with him which it was but then yeah

They failed to supply the access code to me even though I called customer service (and was told to call another department). Called the other department(s) and had to leave msgs. Never received a call back or an email with the course access code. Only after waiting until 03Aug for this unprofessional association to supply me the online course access code and leaving another message for this organization that I was making a claim for them to return my money, did they bother to call me back. The call-back finally came today and I was told I had never called them before which what a complete falsehood. I am filing a complaint with the state attorney general's office regarding this organization's business practices. Recommend that if you are thinking about signing up for this online course, you think again. They are both unresponsive and rude.

A friend told me about this class, and I decided to take it. It was the best decision I made last summer! I felt the magic of NKS before we even walked through the doors, and I contacted them right away. Both of my children attended Nurturing Knowledge, and the impact those years had on them is something I will always carry with me. My oldest is now nine and still talks about her NKS teacher as the best teacher she has ever had. She has faced different challenges as she has grown, but she remains an incredibly warm, caring, and compassionate child. I truly believe that some of those foundations were built during her earliest years of education, surrounded by teachers who made her feel safe, valued, capable, and deeply understood. That is what makes Nurturing Knowledge so special. It is not simply a school. It is a community where teachers meet every child with respect, curiosity, warmth, and understanding. NKS has been exceptional in every way. I could write 1000 words explaining all the reasons why and it wouldn't be enough. Here's a few: The NKS teachers will love and support your child as if they were their own. Your child will learn what it means to be part of a community, how to be a confident and capable individual, how to have grace for others and themselves, to be considerate and respectful. They will be encouraged to create and be silly, wiggle and sing, to take deep breaths, to read and paint and play. It's a beautiful community of schools and a magical place for kids to begin their educational journey.

On-site activities were fun and the counselors consistently jovial. One of my favorite parts of the program was field trip days. We would walk somewhere and spend some time there. The walking component made sure we did not adventure too far and kept us kids active. Sometimes we would go to Yost Pool and swim, sometimes we would walk to the McDonald's on Edmonds Way, and one time we even went to a nearby brewery and got to craft our own Root Beer. It was a fun place to spend time during the summer when I was a child.

Her hand holds rainbow cranes which are also placed among her feet and the garden below her. It really is an eye-catching and beautiful sculpture and driving by you see it immediately. The area is very well maintained, which was a bit surprising after we ended up taking the park's short stairs down to 40th St (and the Wall of Death) and found there to be a full on homeless encampment blocking most of the pedestrian walking path below. Of the two installations I would skip 'Wall' and make sure to see Peace Park if you're in the area.
