I was very disappointed to discover one of those people was the teacher. The other girl, I'm assuming she worked there? Put her mat directly on top of mine as class was starting so she could see herself in the mirror and I had to move so I didn't get kicked in the face, and there was plenty of space, but I guess she really needed to see herself take breaks the entire class. The instruction was not good. There was no firm correction, the cues were all over the place. In the middle of class the instructor stopped and asked everyone what they were doing later. I come to yoga to be present so I can carry that with me, I don't want to think about what's happening later when I'm here to work on being present in the moment. I went back several more times because I signed up for the new student special and it was all the same. The community that regularly attends all like to gossip and they LOVE when the teachers ask what they are doing later. It's safe to say there is no enlightenment happening at this studio. If you are looking for a studio to gossip and or be treated as if you don't exist and are NOT interested in strengthening your practice or clearing your mind, this is the studio for you! If you want to go somewhere with a high vibe that is welcoming and will help you grow your practice keep looking because this studio is not it.

I get the sense that she is doing just what my body needs and I have always left feeling like my mobility has improved and I have learned something new as Marin also is free with tips, exercises and advice which I appreciate. The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! The prices are more than reasonable for spa services. I have yet to try the workout classes, but looking forward to trying one soon. P.S. I'm a reformer Pilates girl, so the Xformer was a bit of an adjustment for me. But all of the instructors are super awesome in helping me use the Xformer properly. The best part? The playlists! It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

Lindsay is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and truly cares about her clients on an individual level. Before we start every session, she asked me what I need that day and what's bothering me and adapts her massage to my needs. She's lovely to talk to but also intuitively knows when I need quiet. I've gone through many massage therapists over the years and it's clear she really knows what she's doing and is an expert in her craft. Her massages are thorough, effective, and leave me feeling better than ever. I now use her regularly and have her come after every wedding I shoot. I couldn't find a schedule online, but there are group classes (in trios) available daily. They have a billboard with the schedule in their facility. The STEAL: (4) private classes for $150+ tax. Who wouldn't do this? Intro new student offer only. I am classically trained so Stott was new. I'm still not sure exactly the difference, but I asked for a burn and I got it from Randy! I love that they use small weights while on the reformer for leg exercises. Trio classes are $35+ tax as a drop-in fee so they can be as low as $25 if purchased in a class series. My trio class was with Kelsey and I would definitely also go back to her. The studio is clean and equipment is clean. I've found that pilates instructors are hit and miss, so 2 for 2? I'll take it and I'll be back.

The instructors are well trained and well practiced, and show patience and humor while gently encouraging students to expand their repertoire of the many yoga positions. I'm not close to being a master, but joining Twist Yoga has made a great positive change in my physical health and in a relatively short time. Highly recommend.
