The flowers were delivered. However, the bouquet was put on the front porch and buried behind two patio chairs. My friend didn't find it until the next day. Vendor did not call to confirm receipt of the flowers. Very disappointed and would not recommend this florist. I am going to Complain to Teleflora. This florist does not represent Teleflora's quality.

Not only did she set us up with the best vendors (Wedding DJ, Special Times Catering, Dani-Lynn w/Allure Salon, the Palms, WeDoDesigns, and Billings Photography) but she helped co-ordinate the intros, the contracts, the payment schedule, and even several walk-throughs. Best part? She was there from start to finish on our wedding day. She made sure everything was "just so" with regards to decorations, she made sure the vendors were set-up and ready to go, and she walked the wedding party through their cues. I think the topper for me was when the venue was - proactively - setting up for rain for the wedding the day AFTER mine. Let's just say their preparations were going to detract from my decor. I hired Elsa to help (aka - take over) all wedding decor. She and I exchanged a few emails and she pretty much took it from there! She got my vision and executed against it flawlessly. I met with her in person at the venue walk through where we covered a few remaining details. Words cannot describe what a relief Elsa was! She was at the venue early, already setting up by the time I arrived. She created incredible and unique centerpieces consisting of vintage books, small vases, tea cups, and flower blossoms. She also presented my seating cards in a totally unique way - she hung them from suspended frames. Now if this isn't enough to win you over, Elsa did something that SHOCKED me. Throughout my wedding planning I often felt that my venders were over priced and taking advantage of the fact that I was trying to coordinate my wedding remotely. A few days after my wedding, we were opening the cards we received from the wedding and found one from Elsa. She wrote us a kind note and included a check for a partial refund. In her note she explained that a few of the flowers she purchased for our centerpieces had wilted and she wasn't able to use them. The day of the wedding, I had no idea this was even an issue because everything looked perfect. However, Elsa's honesty is refreshing and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Elsa!
