I had a very disappointing experience with this florist. The premium floral arrangement I ordered was not what was delivered, and did not meet expectations. When I called to address the issue, the response from the owner was unprofessional and discourteous. The owner should be embarrassed of both her arrangement and behavior. I ordered flowers online for a friend who lives in Red Bluff. The first photo from teleflora is the arrangement I wanted. The second photo is what was delivered. Considerably smaller, fewer and cheaper flowers (carnations and daisies). Color not even close. I ordered the Lavendar Laughter bouquet because that is my friend's favorite color. The flowers were delivered. However, the bouquet was put on the front porch and buried behind two patio chairs. My friend didn't find it until the next day. Vendor did not call to confirm receipt of the flowers. Very disappointed and would not recommend this florist. I am going to Complain to Teleflora. This florist does not represent Teleflora's quality. read more

I should've done this ages ago. I've been using Westside Flowers for years and every arrangement has been absolutely gorgeous! I live approx 200 miles away and placed all my orders by phone. Sometimes I had specific flowers I wanted to be used, other times I just asked for whatever's in season. Michelle never, ever disappointed! The arrangements were always beautiful, creative, artistic and assembled with care. The flowers were always the best, the freshest and lasted quite awhile - a huge plus for the person getting them. Ordered my Mom's Mother's Day flowers and had them delivered early so she could enjoy them all week at work. Now I understand that it's never going to look exactly like the website, but come on. It wasn't even the right colors let alone the same quality of flowers that I thought I was paying for. Asked for bright pink lilies and roses and got two light purple, almost white ones with a bunch of green filler and carnations (the picture showed three lilies and three roses). BLAH. I ordered through a website and apparently they used this company for the same day delivery which I paid extra for. I received an email saying that the flowers were delivered, but they were not! A message was left for the recipient to call them back to schedule another time. When my elderly mother went there today to pick them up, they are closed! Who is closed on a Saturday, especially when offering same day delivery on a Saturday. So, at this point I have an elderly woman driving around looking for her own flowers, and now it does not appear she will even receive them until Monday. My main issue is the email saying that they were actually delivered, when they were not! At this point, I would never recommend using this company as they cannot even be honest. read more

My husband bought me flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to my work place. My shop has our hours posted on the door opening at 10am. The flower shop tried to deliver at 9:45 and never bothered to try again after knowing we open at 10am. We try and support our local businesses but when they don't seem to care about their customers it makes it hard. read more

Flowers that were delivered to my aunt were really nice. only 4 stars because they wouldn't deliver to her house, which is ~10 minutes from center of town - said that their delivery drivers got confused with the directions and gps and street signs were not clear... This locally owned business declined an order I tried to send through Avas Flowers (a wire service) because Avas was charging too much for my order. When I called Westside directly, they were friendly, honest and accommodating to my needs! They delivered my flowers that day and charged my 40.00$ LESS than what Avas was trying to gouge me for! Visited for some birthday flowers. Service was outstanding and the final product was perfect.

We had flowers ordered for a funeral service and we were to pick them up on a Friday afternoon. In defense of Westside Flowers they did call us but we were out of the area and did not receive the message before they closed for the weekend. Who closes on a Saturday when you are a flower shop? We used the funeral home right next door, could they not have called them to take the flowers for us, they were part of the funeral home package? What has happened to good customer service. We tried to call to see we could get them on Saturday morning but we were told they were out of town and we couldn't have the flowers for the Saturday afternoon service. I would not recommend this shop due to poor customer service, anyone not willing to think a bit and try to take them next door so they could be used for the service shows that they really are not concerned about doing a good job and going the extra mile. They were paid for the flowers so they had not reason to go the extra mile to make sure the customer received the flowers. Sad, very sad. read more
