Mine was called a Dutchman, which had ham and cheese and a creamy sauce made of brown sugar and mustard. My wife ordered an Italian sausage pretzel sandwich that she devoured. We of course had to try a plain soft pretzel too. The market sold a lot of touristy Amish stuff like maple syrup, soft pretzel mix, bacon dressing, and empty pretzel casings for hot dogs (pretzel dogs). Probably the only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because of its rustic bathroom. It's a single porta-potty that sits outside the store. Better than inside the store I suppose, but eww! No sink to wash your hands, just hand sanitizer. So be forewarned; take care of your private business somewhere else before dropping by.

This place is cash only, and there is no ATM on-site (in or outside of the Bakeshop) - there is a local bank a little less than two miles down the road, though. Our tour guide was Ms. Vera, and she was super informative and sooo sweet! We got to see the making of the dough, how it was kneaded by the machines, how each pretzels were all made by hand (super impressive!), how they were put in the oven and baked, and then saw how the pretzels were seasoned and packaged in the bag. We also had the chance to try a hot-out-of-the-oven extra dark pretzel - super crunchy, but a little too 'burnt' for me, but it would be super delicious dipped in hot spicy mustard or some type of cheese! The hubs and I bought a bag of extra salted pretzels and the garlic, so can't wait to dig in! Just note that this is a true pretzel factory, very no-nonsense, and even the sign is hard to miss. The pretzels are delicious and they always have a new flavor of ice cream or a food item on special! We've tried the strawberry, blueberry and peach soft serve already! (Peach is my fav so far!) They do meat filled pretzels as well as pretzels sticks and various treats! They also have hard ice cream and food on their menu. My little one enjoys the pretzels, ice cream and the fun playground and pond with ducks! The playground is great and they also have little machines where you can grab some food for the ducks (the fish eat them too !). The general feel and vibe is so comforting and warm - my husband loves going there for that reason alone. The bathrooms are spacious and the women's bathroom has a changing table. They have information for tourists and local things to do as well. One of the best parts about Hayloft is their mission - they work to support at risk youth in the community and all the people who work there are volunteers! Tips left for staff show appreciation and they are very nice. Since we found Hayloft, it has become a "regular" stop on our list of places to visit when we come to PA :)

They made it fresh for us - we had to wait for few minutes but were so fresh, warm and soft. Had different regular size pretzels along with iced beverages on their menu as well. A must try for pretzel lovers. Location is on the upper level in mid of food court of Park City Mall.
