Delicious food and beer, especially for being in such a middle-of-nowhere place! Had the mushroom and arugula burger with coleslaw and thoroughly enjoyed both. Coleslaw was interesting without being weird, burger was juicy and cooked perfectly, bun was great. My husband also really enjoyed the bratwurst. Kiddo got the kid's size fish and chips (love that they have that) and both were perfectly fried, crisp outside and tender inside. Highlight for us was the pilsner--really crisp and refreshing! Stopped here for lunch with my grandson. Service was great and very friendly. He had fresh squeezed lemonade and chicken fingers and fries. Both were super tasty! I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. This was not your canned tomato soup and the sandwich had grilled onions and tomato making it sweet to the taste. Really good! I stopped by here yesterday with my wife for drinks and dinner. We happened to be staying nearby and Bespoke Brewing was the first brewery that came up whenever I put in breweries on Yelp. Since I saw that they accepted reservations, we made sure to head over at around 4 pm and had no trouble getting a table. The brewery itself consisted of three areas: the outside garden, the bar area and then the dining room. We ended up in the dining room which had both regular tables and booths. There was a TV with sports on and the whole place felt clean and modern with the concrete floors, black trim and bright wood colors. For dinner on this day my wife and I decided to split a couple of items and went with the brewery nachos and then the beer cheese mac. The menu described the nachos as fresh fried corn tortilla chips, house made beer chili and cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos and red onion served with side of sour cream & roasted tomato salsa and then the mac as cavatappi pasta, beer cheese, cheddar jack cheese, scallions, and smoked bacon with a garlic butter pretzel stick. Since the nachos were rang in as an app, they came out first within only a few minutes of us ordering. They ended up being quite good and I enjoyed both the beer cheese and chili on them. While I couldn't have told you that the cheese was beer cheese, it was still flavorful. I also appreciated the jalepenos for their spice and the onions for their acidity. Last but certainly not least were the chips which were super crispy and stood up to the cheese and chili being on them. You could tell that they were freshly fried and both my wife and I enjoyed them. While we were only about halfway done with our nachos, the Mac and cheese came. It wasn't necessarily a large bowl but it was satisfactory. The first part of it that that I got to taste was the pretzel which was great. Buttery and salty and it tasted good when dipped into the Mac and cheese. After that I tried the Mac and cheese itself and the noodles were cooked nicely. Much like the nacho cheese, I couldn't have told you it was beer cheese if I was pressed, but it was still tasty. I especially appreciated the bacon which tasted good and added some nice texture to the dish. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight here. At Bespoke brewing that consists of 4 beers for $10 and I chose the LHC lemongrass saison, Orange and mango sour, hi def and then I asked the waitress to pick between the oyster stout and rise and grind and she picked the rise and grind without any hesitation. First up for me beer wise was the Lemongrass Saison which was a lighter beer with a hint of lemongrass. What I was missing was the funk that I normally get from a saison. Second was the orange and mango sour. You got orange right from the start with some mango kicking in later with a bit of sour thrown in too. It was a super delicious beer for me and exactly as described. Up third was the Rise and grind. It was a very coffee forward beer with a hint of vanilla which almost tasted like it had coffee and cream in it too, deliciously and also bizarrely enough. Last but certainly not least was the hi def. This was a smooth double IPA with hints of citrus throughout before a nice hop hit on the finish. Out of the bunch I think that the orange and mango sour was my favorite closely followed by the rise and grind. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both really enjoyed all of the food that we had here and my beers were good too! read more

Busy space in the middle of nowhere. Walked in 6:10 yesterday with a buddy and he grabbed us a table in the back room. They were getting setup soon after for trivia night, but we had a concert to attend 10 min away in 90 minutes. We were brought waters over fairly quick and then nothing. There appeared to be just one server for the room of a dozen or more tables. She kept looking over our way, but never took our drink order, so after 10 minutes of awkward stares, we got up and sat at the bar where we got solid service from a younger gentleman. I mentioned we were being ignored at our table so he took good care of us from that point on. They had a delicious cask that I enjoyed (smoked black lager). Their hazy IPA was decent, but I would have enjoyed another cask. For eats, I had the beer glazed salmon sandwich (Beer glazed salmon, arugula, sliced tomato, red onion and house tomato jam on a brioche). It was real good with a nice balance of flavors and cooked perfectly. Side salad ($2 additional) was ok. Basic and I got chunks of blue cheese when I was expecting a dressing. Conveniently located right across the street from the Strasburg railroad, it's a shame this place is so small. They have outdoor seating, but I'm not sure if it's open during the colder weather months. Their parking is tight and only has about 6 spaces. They have a sign telling you to park at the train station across the street for overflow. The staff was friendly, service was slow, but it was kid friendly. They have very limited space inside with only several tables and bar seating. The menu was simple, but it had a lot of tasty options. For an app the chips and salsa were good. I recommend adding the beer cheese queso for $3 extra bucks, it was delicious and well worth it! For lunch we ordered their BBQ slider sampler at $13 - smoked pork BBQ with slaw, Chicken Salad and Buffalo Chicken and also the Slow-Smoke BBQ Platter at $14 - pulled chicken sandwich on brioche with BBQ sauce and a choice of 2 sides. The kids enjoyed the BBQ and sides of apple sauce and mac and cheese. The sliders came on brioche buns and had a nice smoke flavor to the meat. I would definitely order them again. Beer wise I had a glass of their West Coast IPA and a smoked schwarzbier. They were both average and tasty. The wife had their plum sour and raved about it. My oldest son finished his lunch off with a cup of local vanilla ice cream and said it was delicious. I think the value wasn't too bad, the food was tasty and the overall experience was good. I visited Bespoke Brewing on 11/07/2023 at about 7pm with a party of three. This was my first visit to BeSpoke (although the other two people in my party have been here before). They recently moved into a new location near the Choo Choo Barn in Strasburg. It was a little cool tonight; however, they have a wonderful outdoor patio up on the hill right beside the parking lot. We sat inside and they have plenty of indoor seating as well. It is a lovely little place with friendly service and good food. Now, I am not a beer drinker; however, I suggest you check others recommendations for that; however, dinner was awesome. I ordered the Tennessee Hot Chicken Sandwich with a side of Mac N Cheese. That chicken patty was huge, well seasoned and a bit spicy with a great sauce and pickles. The Mac N Cheese was also great. As an appetizer, we shared the Buffalo Chicken Dip. I enjoyed every item and there were so many more on the menu that I would like to try. I look forward to visiting again in the future and wish Bespoke best of luck. read more

We are visiting from out of town, and wanted to eat at a local restaurant. Bespoke Brewing certainly didn't disappoint! $10 for a craft beer flight with 4 options from a diverse beer selection. I'm not usually a huge beer drinker, but I thought the beers that I sampled were absolutely delicious - Field Day was my favorite! Some breweries are all about the beer and not so focused on food, but the food here was outstanding. We shared the fried pierogis appetizer, beer cheese Mac and cheese, and Tennessee hot chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious, great flavor, and big portion sizes. What a phenomenal experience, all around -- good beers, good food, and friendly service. My husband and I came for brunch and we're so blown away we stayed for lunch. Two flights and we were basically able to try everything on tap -- and there wasn't a bad drink in the lot! Our favorites were the rise and grind stout (vanilla and chocolate notes in a VERY nicely balanced pint) and the Tepache Sour (ginger notes and a cinnamon finish that was unexpected and amazing). On the IPA front, definitely recommend the Hoppenstance and Daybreak DIPA for something a little stronger but equally light. Honorable mentions to the lagers -- their Helles was light and lovely and their Thirsty Pilgrim Pilsner was crisp and refreshing. I wish they had more stout options, but I can't complain about a single brew I had. We started the morning off with the Bespoke Board - cheese, mustard, salami, olives, cashews, and gluten free crackers that went really well with our flights. We stayed until lunch so I could try the Bahn Mi - perfectly smoked, juicy pork topped with picked onions and cucumbers. I don't know what the sauce was, but it was excellent as well. But they have an eclectic mix of food options that sound good - including a house Mac and cheese topped with more deliciously smoked meats - so we'll definitely be back. Our server told us the chef smokes the meats himself on premises and next door, and you can just tell someone is paying extra attention to the meats. The space itself isn't big - it gets packed quickly, so I recommend getting there early and just planning on staying a while. Parking also is tight - there are a few spaces right out front, but overflow parking is provided by Strasburg railroad. It's worth the small trek to the front. read more

Unfortunately when we ordered fish and chips they brought black burnt piece of smth hardly recognizable. . How could they even serve this? We returned it and exchanged to burger. About a minute later he said I'll bring the beers to you, which I'm not complaining about that. We finished our brews to move on and as I stood at the bar to pay ... our bartender saw me but did not come over. After about two minutes a server emerged from the kitchen saw me standing there. After a couple seconds she took it upon herself to see what I wanted. I told I wanted to cash out and she took care of me. It's a shame I had to give them a not so good review. Today was awful, even though there were not many customers at noon, we waited a long time for the waitress to take our order. Then we waited about 20 min to get a cup of soup and pulled pork sandwich. The waitress never checked back and the soup was cold. I went to the counter and asked to see our waitress, she didn't respond so I took my soup to the counter and asked another employee to please reheat it. The sandwich was also cold. Started with the crab dip appetizer, while the dip itself was not bad, the "chips" which consisted of sliced pretzels and triangles of deep fried pita, were so hard you could break a tooth. My daughter ordered the patty melt cooked medium, it came out raw on the inside. Her fries were ok my bacon and blue burger was cooked past medium but the bacon was barely cooked at all. I tasted the Pilsner, pale ale, stout, lager, and pub ale. What was weird was the service. When we got there we saw the "please wait to be seated." Sign. I never like that set up in a brewery. I'd soooo much rather go get my own drinks and know I'm tipping the beertender directly. She sat us and we were waiting for two friends... didn't ask if we wanted a beer. She then cleared off another table, talked to her coworkers, and 10 minutes later asked if we wanted to order any beer. You know if someone is at a brewery.... They're probably there for beer. And I'd be happy to order it immediately. When we ordered the pre-curated beer flight, we saw her tell the bartender, and the bartender rolled her eyes. I know flights are a little more work, and so we usually tip accordingly, but we felt like a nuisance asking for something that was very clearly on their menu. Then, our beers were completely empty more than once before she asked if we wanted anything else... again this is why we should just be able to order from the bar. I don't want to not have a beer... at a brewery. It wasn't even crowded and there were 5 girls behind the bar at one point. No one asking if we wanted anything and yet, not having the freedom to get my own drink. All in all the beer was actually so fantastic! We frequent many breweries in FL and this one was definitely high quality. Service needs to be worked on. Just let people seat themselves and get their own beer. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for as this place is owned by the same people as Speckled Hen, the 2 restaurants are very different in quality of food. It was my wife's birthday and she chose Bespoke, the reviews were all over the place but we went anyway. A party of 9 shouldn't have been too difficult to manage in the kitchen, the restaurant wasn't busy. No appetizers other than a cup of chili were ordered along with Nachos, Crab dip, 6 burgers and a Grilled cheese. Here's where it went off the tracks: Nachos had to go back, cheese was too watered down to eat, Grilled cheese had 1 slice of cheese and a dime sized amount of bacon jam, all of the burgers got mixed up and came back at different times, my nephew got his back after EVERYONE was done eating, the manager came to the table and offered an amateurish excuse that they had run low on some ingredients. If that's the case, that should have been addressed with the customer prior to the item being made, the manager discounted the sodas from the 3 separate bills. This whole experience falls on management and the kitchen, the waitress was great thru all of this. One and done!!!! read more

We've been here numerous times but recently the service has been less than satisfactory and the food is hit or miss . We like to sit at the bar and have a flight and something to eat and just relax . The beers here are incredible especially the smoked Schwarzbier ! The food is hit or miss which is very disappointing. If you order chili you would expect to maybe have a spoon with it and a napkin or two and maybe salt and ketchup for your fries right ? Nope . We had to grab the salt , pepper and ketchup from another table and wave down the bartender for utensils ( took some time on that ) . Another time this same server told us he'd give us a few minutes and then poured a beer and went and sat down several seats from us at the bar ! We flagged down another server to order food and beer and proceeded to watch the other servers count their tips right in front of us . Everyone looked annoyed or bothered that night and the place wasn't that busy at all . After our lackluster meal I wanted to settle our tab and go but this was another impossible task . Our server was engaged in a conversation with a regular 2 seats away from us , totally ignoring the fact that I was standing there with my card in my hand . I finally said " excuse me, I don't meant to interrupt but I'd like to get a crowler to go and pay our bill" . This was met with a rather annoyed looked from the regular and the bartender . Wow ... I'm paying for beer , food and service and everything we got that night was below average and slow paced .
