I booked online and it was easy and convenience to set up my appointment. I arrived on time and the receptionist was very nice and professional, they made sure to make me feel relaxed when I mentioned it was my first time getting waxed. They went over a couple of things with me, told me about their specials and introduced me to some other products and services they offered. My waxing specialist was Diamond, she took me to the back where she went to work. Yall, she was so focus and getting every single nook and cranny that the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes. This particular waxer pulled the wax so slow off me It was unreal I count finish. Typically waxing is not an issue however her method was not appreciated. If someone is telling me the wax is too hot I would try to cool it down a tab before applying to a DIFFERENT area. Not the best experience this time around.
