This gentlemen listen to me closely and heard what I said. The gym updated paper towels and chemicals to wipes. I see staff and cleaning crew helping out by keeping the gym clean. Sweat is being wiped down from the machine. Javier has updated me that they are looking to post signs as a respectful reminder for folks. I want to upgrade my 3 star to 5. Thank you for listening to me and taking initiate. Appreciate it. I will be keeping my membership on going with my wife.

It wouldn't be a big deal if this gym wasn't constantly busy, but it is. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, it's always full. Today, there was a hot pink Lamborghini parked in the handicap spot directly in front of the door. Really? I said something to the front desk, not to be a "Karen," but because there are indeed real disabled members that work out here. Oh... and it's uhhhh... illegal and just plain disrespectful. He shrugged his shoulders, and totally blew me off. Curl management could really improve on setting some etiquette rules for the members it's getting really out of hand.

You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time. Studio is clean with dim to dark neon lighting. I had bright yellow socks but appeared pure true white in the studio. Not too harsh where it interfered with the workout. If anything it helps, it feels less sensory overwhelming. Cubbies are inside and in view of, which is great since the instructor also runs the front desk. Some studios have the cubbies outside next to the door unsupervised where anyone can walk in and grab items without anyone knowing. Mirrors are on one side only but still visible from the back. They have a filtered water machine to refill your bottle as well. There are drinks and socks available for purchase. Not to mention it's located in the most convenient plaza with a smoothie shop, a target, poke Hawaiian restaurant, organic foods restaurant, ramen, cafe rio etc. Lots of healthy options to choose from after a good workout!

It's never so busy that it gets uncomfortable. I have seen people of all ages, body types, and abilities here. It is a good mix of healthy people. Cons: No showers yet (they are expanding to include showers and a sauna soon) Only two restrooms. (I have never had to wait to use one, but you never know). Overall, this gym is pretty well organized. They offer plenty of trainers of all genders. I believe they also do rehab and physical therapy. There also is someone that comes to do massages. Everyone I have seen here is pretty friendly and polite. I have been training with Laura, and in the past three weeks, she took me from 0 pull-ups to 20 chin-ups, 1:20 plank to 3:30, and 15 push-ups to 42 in 2mins, and my strength overall has increased.
