The work was good but this guy is a total scammer when it comes to doing business. He charges half the total amount upfront and its non refundable. So if he says I think it will be $3,000 to fix, you have to pay $1,500 upfront. After he actually does diagnosis and it now $6,000....Guess what, if you say I can't afford it, you just lost your entire $1,500 deposit. SCAM SCAM read more

Don't know what all the reviews on this place are about but it's a great shop. Dan was able to beat out anybody else I called and even got my service done a little earlier than expected. I was so pleased with his work I travel about 45 minutes to this location and have no problem doing it. Extremely knowledgeable guy and completely honest by his work. Been just over 2 weeks after service and everything feels great. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anybody with transmission issues. Great guy to be around as well. read more

He charged me $900 for a 2 hour job maximum that is drinking coffee and taking your time. he charged me after he did the job, I payed because I didn't know it was so easy and cheap the part is $100 most expensive from dealer, and he learned as he charged me. read more

My experiences have been very good at Annointed Transmission. My brother had work done and it came out fantastic for him. Daniel recommended a kit for his truck and decided to go with it. His truck runs excellent now. I took my vehicle in for the 60k Service. I am picky about where I take my vehicles. I don't like Dealership shop repairs. I worked in many car dealerships over the years. I have seen first hand. Going to Annointed saved me a ton on the expense and worry about who's working on my car. It's been several weeks not and my car seems to run and cruise much better. These newer cars are all about the money. So you have to run synthetic transmission fluid, yes. It is expensive Yes. WARNING!! PLEASE READ before going here. The way Daniel secured our business was dishonest. When calling around to get an idea concerning the repair cost of our 2006 Ford Escape, my husband made it CLEAR that he did not want to spend more than $2000 total and would rather sell it for "salvage" value instead. Daniel at Anointed Transmission told my husband he was "pretty sure" our transmission didn't need "hard parts", only "soft" parts which involved a rebuild kit that would have a total cost in the range of $1500. He also said that there was NO WAY he could anticipate it costing even close to what other places quoted us ($2500-$2800), even if it turned out another part was needed. Unfortunately, my husband is the trusting sort of person that people like Daniel take advantage of. CONVENIENTLY, after we had the car towed to his place, he then indicates he needs $800 upfront (before work begins to cover his tech taking the transmission out and back in) **Don't let the name "Anointed" or all the Bible verses in his waiting room convince you to ignore your gut! This should have been a RED FLAG to my husband. My husband AGAIN asked for assurance of the estimated cost, by yet another conversation with Daniel's at his shop. (Remember, Daniel claims to have over 30 years of experience!) Noah repeated that he did not want to take the gamble that the repair would exceed $2000. My husband paid $800 upfront, only to have Daniel call the next day with feigned surprise. "Oh sorry man..you better drive down here so I can show you your messed up parts." Now, the total being quoted us was $2410 plus tax...and now Daniel has us, his customer, in a helpless position. He also would give us NO PROMISE that this proposed newly built transmission would result in a functioning car but said he may find some other electrical issues which would cost us more and more $. YIKES! No trust for this guy remained. To make the best of a terrible position, we purchased a transmission online from Street Smart (highly recommend) because of the warranty. Daniel was not thrilled at his loss of $$. This was evidenced when my husband asked if Daniel test drove the car after the transmission was installed, and he said, "Well... I guess as a courtesy I could." What?! It is a "courtesy" to check your tech's work? It STILL gets worse. We left with a FILTHY car (inside and out), smelling very strongly of transmission fluid. The smell only got worse. It turned out, our new transmission was overfilled with fluid by 2 quarts!! This could have destroyed the new transmission. Also, the ABS sensor light came on as we drove away, and it had not been on before...indicating careless work by the tech. When my husband repaired the sensor, the tire lug nuts were cranked so tight that my husband feared he would break them in order to get the tires off. When he finally reached the right sensor, it was missing its bolt that secures it to the bracket?! PLEASE, PLEASE don't make the same mistake as us!! I was having transmission issues and as soon as I contacted them they were so polite! They gave me directions to where they were located and had an appointment ready for the next day. They took their time and made sure every detail was handled and now my car drives like new. I would highly recommend them and will be taking my car there in the future. read more

I brought my car to anointed for a transmission repair to get my car running. They offered me a quick repair solution after telling me it needed a transmission computer I said I will like to go with the computer for it to run correct. Daniel insisted I do the quick repair that didn't work and made sure I payed cash so there would be no disputes. They waited for me to pay then let my car roll to the pick up truck and left it there. Car wouldn't run at all but Daniel swore it ran good. I would never recommend these guys try transmax instead these guys are rip offs. Daniel and his no good repair guy with the gray hair they are rip offs. I wouldn't trust them that's why no one brings them real business look at their facility always one car or no car. read more
