I had a two bedroom two bath apartment that was initially $1000 per month by the time I had exited the premises four years later my rent was closer to $1200 per month. Cons: -Location is hood adjacent, which you can probably tell by trying to visit the facility. -there are many cockroaches that are more than likely navigating the plumbing system. On a one week basis I would basically have to eliminate at least one. -Parking for a covered spot is an additional cost and is frequently unavailable. -Tires had four nails over span of four years. -Gym is outdated. -There were warnings about car break ins (refer to point 1) Pros: -Cost initially -Easy to order maintenance -Close to HCA hospital -The staff I worked with was very nice (but they have moved on) Things to look out for - Your deposit is likely not recoverable, despite steam washing it upon your exit. Trying to obtain a rental reference takes many hurdles, and in my experience delayed a rental application.
