She was initially very responsive and replied both by email and phone (left a message while I was on the road), expressing a willingness to work with me and asking if I had found any properties in the area that I was interested in seeing. I replied by email that I had found a few that I wanted to see, said I was sorry I had missed her call, and asked when would be a good time to call back. And then... nothing. I never heard from her again. I called her back the next day, and left a message, but received no further replies by phone or email. The unprofessionalism was striking. I would actually have preferred no response at all to my initial email. As it was, I thought that I had found a realtor, and essentially wasted a day waiting for a call back that never came, time that I could have used to find another realtor. Why Meg could not have simply sent an email saying, "sorry, but I'm not accepting new clients at this time" is hard to understand.
