Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. We read that the scorpions can never be rooted out, and were told by neighbors that scorpions are part of their daily life (a neighbor's daughter had one on her face while sleeping :( ), so we considered selling the house. Then we saw Pest Borders making some big promises, had great reviews, and decided to give it a try (I also killed all the scorpions I could find with a blacklight before install).
