I've been using a preventative mix twice a year after trenching and applying chemical myself after spotting the beginnings of a few tubes along garage foundation several years ago. If you are looking for a good exterminators then I highly recommend them. Had them for the last 6 months for maintenance and just after 1 visit all bugs that we were dealing are all gone. After my conversation with Jon at Arizona Pest Solutions, he was #1 on my list. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions but he went above & beyond to add some context to the answers he was providing. I could also tell from his responses that he was incredibly knowledgeable & had been doing this for a long time! Of the 5 companies I called, I had 4 come out to do an inspection so they could present me with a quote. I liked Jon just as much in person as I did over the phone...all of the qualities I remembered from our earlier conversation were there in person as well.
