Very unreliable. Constantly canceling our appointments never comes bimonthly as I have requested. I have to chase them down. Not timely in text responses. I hardly rate businesses but when one deserves it I will. I called several different pest control business all called back with a standard " enroll in a contract" type business. They get you in a contract and the quality of work goes out the door. When thumbs up called me they were upfront about their fees. Joaquín brings a lot to the table.He isn't the "contract" type business but more what are your needs. He provides excellent customer service. You can clearly tell he is a very honest businessman. I requested a quote from Thumbs Up after noticing ants in my kitchen and received a response within 10 minutes! They were able to come out and spray the next morning, and I am so impressed with the excellent customer service. For a flat $40 the gentleman (I cannot remember his name!!) who came out sprayed all of the problem areas in our condo and on our patio. No contract, no hidden fees! He made sure to coat each area several times and asked us if there were any other areas we were concerned about. We mentioned that we had seen ants downstairs along the curb and near the garbage can. He took the time to spray all ant hills and trails he saw surrounding the area at the bottom of our stairs, the garbage can, and the sidewalk leading up to our unit! I would recommend this company to anybody looking for pest control company. We just moved into our home and wanted it sprayed. Joaquin responded to me very quickly with an estimate and he was willing to travel all the way to Gilbert. He sent Martin on a Sunday who was on time, and very detailed and sprayed around our moving mess. Nice guys and very affordable. Joaquin is amazing!! I swear I thought I saw a big scorpion in my living room and I'm one of those people who absolutely hates any type of bug so I needed someone to come take care of it tonight! I came across Thumbs Up on yelp and figured I would message them to see if they could come out! Joaquin got here within 30 minutes, flipped my entire sectional and checked everywhere for this thing... turns out it was just a lizard LOL. Absolutely fantastic service and work! I came home to find them at my neighbor's house removing and blocking off pigeon access to their rafters. We've had the same problem for a few weeks. I asked Joaquin if they had time to fit our house in too. He looked with me, told me yes and gave me a quote, and they got started. In little more than an hour, they had power washed the areas, put wire in place to block pigeon access, and cleaned it all up! I highly recommend, and would love to do business again. read more

They were very fast with replies and all communication. Two guys spent three hours here putting up mesh wiring...replacing our old stuff that didn't work... Removing debris...
