We walked in last minute to see if we were able to get some pants tapered and a dress hemmed and brought in and they fit us in! We got the items done sooner than expected and they even called to ask if we wanted to get the pants pressed since there was extra time before pick up! The items fit perfectly and look amazing! The woman that helped us (I think the owner) was awesome, she was so nice and helpful and our clothes ended up exactly how we wanted them :) This was the 3rd visit I've made here, I've had some uniforms dry cleaned and pressed here and they looked great as well! The owner is so nice, you interact for maybe 2 min and in those 2 min she makes you feel at home. Not only is she sweet, but the work she does is amazing. I took in my beat up Mookie Betts World Series Jersey(white) and she got about 95% of the stains out. Some of those stains had been stuck in that jersey for about a year. How did she do it ? I went to get my pants altered here and she told me to come back because she was very busy. She told me to come back the following week near closing time so that she can help me with my pants. I then went back at the time she told me to and she still said that she was so busy and acted very frustrated and annoyed that I was bringing my stuff in for alteration. She rushed me And I just had a feeling my pants were not going to come out the way that I wanted it and sure enough I pick them up and they are completely ruined. They are so short and there's absolutely nothing that can be done about it at this point. I'm never coming back here again. Terrible experience! I brought my king sized comforter (that I originally paid $400 for) in to be laundered and it came back with a bug in it. The comforter was inside a zippered closed, see-through plastic bag, and thankfully I saw the bug inside the bag before opening it. I absolutely didn't want to take the comforter out of the bag and put it on my bed in case there were more in it, and I did not want to take it to another cleaners for the same reason. I ended up having to buy another one to replace it as I was too grossed out to keep the one they returned to me. They offered to refund my $35 cleaning fee and re-clean it, or pay $30 for me to clean it elsewhere, while also accusing me of lying about the bug being in there in the first place. They seemed very nice at first, but when I had a problem, they ended up not being nice after all. read more

This place is beyond unprofessional. They put my hotel collection pillow top in a washer and dryer! I brought it to a professional cleaners because the normal human knows putting it in a washer and dryer will only clump together all of the filling. The pillow top was in perfect condition when I dropped it off for a routine cleaning. Nothing wrong with the filling inside, now it's like laying on a lumpy mountain! Again they said they would fix due to cleaning and even wrote it on the receipt, obviously it could not be fixed and I tried to negotiate a settlement considering they still charged me $45 for the cleaning that ruined my $300 plus hotel collection pillow top comforter. These people are sooo nice as I have used before until there's a issue then they start yelling harassing the elderly! I was beyond astonished, I explained being a business owner myself if you ruin someone's property you have to remedy the issue. They refused, needless to say I pulled the license info from Murrieta City and gee what do you know the license expired (must be why they do not have it posted and refused to give me the license number or owners name when I asked). In May 2019 I took 2 of my Security uniform shirts to get hemmed and Military pressed. One short sleeve and one long sleeve. It cost almost $27.00, a little pricey for my pocket. They did a really nice job though. Unfortunately I will most likely look for a different Tailor. read more

Terrible service. Dropped two jackets off for patches. They added two patches(turned out ok) the original pick up date was for Friday. Lady working the counter said she would call me when they were ready Friday and never received a call. Go in Saturday was told there was a delay but they were ready. Also paid for a repair that wasn't done and a patch w/ Velcro moved. They moved the patch but not the Velcro base. I feel like that is common sense. Lady behind the desk just made excuses and did not offer any resolution. I do not recommend you take things there for alterations EVER THEY DO NOT DO THEM ON SITE. if I could give less than one star I would. I will never be returning here. read more

While this business advertises they are expert tailors they are either over bluffing or prefer to do business with persons who are not of a certain skin color.
