We reached out to several local repair shops, and CARS Cristian's Auto Repair was the only one that returned our message that same evening. They got us scheduled first thing Saturday morning. The part we needed wasn't easy to find, but they went above and beyond calling business after business until they tracked one down that could be delivered the same day. The part arrived around 1:30 PM, and they quickly got it installed and had the AC running like new. What makes this even more impressive is that they were supposed to close at 12 PM that day. Instead of turning us away, they stayed late to make sure our car was fixed and ready for the long drive back through the Vegas heat. Their dedication ensured we made it home in time for work and the kids' school on Monday. Truly outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. I think their Yelp profile needs updating because they don't have a waiting room and the father told us they've been in business 2 and a half years and the son said 4 and a half but Yelp said 20 years. So we don't know what to believe, but they did a great job! :D I don't want to give the wrong impression. We would go back there again for an oil change. We prefer supporting small businesses.
