Losing a pet is incredibly difficult, but Dr. Stacy and Hearts at Home made this process the best it could be. She was very communicative, respectful, and composed throughout the process. In my opinion, the costs were comparable to a traditional vet, all while giving your pet the comfort of a familiar surrounding and allowing privacy for all involved.

The woman on the phone was kind, sweet, and helpful. A worker came and picked up our Panda within a few hours of our call. The worker was so patient when we said our final goodbyes to our Panda. They explained their process and assured us our Panda was in good hands. They kept us informed of where they were in the process and when they would return Panda back to us. I am now waiting to get the ashes back from my precious cat, Winchester. I loved that there was no hard sale. He showed me what they had to offer and when I said I had just had to get a new roof on my house and was having to rebuild my savings. He never said another word. Some people would just keep pushing for a sale, but Jason was very understanding he just nodded his head. When I was getting ready to leave, I had my cat covered because I couldn't look at him that way anymore, but I put my hand on the towel that had covered him and then a kiss. I told him I loved him. Jason then came over and gave me a hug and then I cried even more. That gesture met so much to me. And their prices were so much more reasonable than other places and I'm retired and on a fixed income, so this was also a big help. Now I just have to go back and pick up his ashes and that's going to be just as hard I think as leaving him there in the first place. I did decide to spend a little extra money and get his paw prints. He was a special boy and now I'm crying again as I write this. Thank you for taking such good care of me and I know my boy was handled with compassion and kindness.

It felt like having a long-lost friend in the room; she even sat on the floor with us to say goodbye to my 18-year-old Maddie. I was especially grateful for her specialized approach for cats she uses a gentle, sting-free method that made the process peaceful. Cats are known to hold on and suffer longer than they should, and without her, I know Maddie would have continued to struggle, and I would have been heartbroken watching it. She saved us both from unnecessary trauma. If you need someone who is spectacular, easy to be around, and truly understands the bond we have with our pets, she is the one to call."

Thanksgiving evening she became worse, and her back legs started giving out. She was falling more and more and unable to get back up on her own, and that was really the final sign to me that is was time. I researched online but a few options had no availability until after the weekend. I found Linda's website and sent her an email that night, but really didn't hold much hope. However, early Friday morning when I grabbed my phone intending to call our local vet (which I was dreading by the way), to my surprise was a text from Linda saying that she had an opening that morning. The last thing I wanted to do was to take Sadie up to my vet's office- they are great, but having to subject my beloved pet into a place that would just stress her out in her final moments was not something I wanted to endure. Linda was warm and gentle, making the whole experience so much better. Sadie was comfortable in her own bed in her own environment, and my wife and I could not have been happier. Still extremely difficult, but so much better with Linda. I cannot recommend her enough!

From the moment I arrived, their kindness and professionalism were unmistakable. They treated my pup - and me - with genuine respect, patience, and empathy. I scheduled a hospice consult for my sweet 13 year old lab and received a quick response with a call from Jennifer. Even though I never met Jennifer, I felt like she was holding my hand during the whole process. When it was time for our hospice consult, Dr. Chandler came to our house and assessed our boy along with going over quality of life. She even gave him a treatment before she left to see if it would help his mobility. After the consult, I received a very thorough email from Dr. Chandler giving me a breakdown of my dog's prognosis along with some treatment options. She reached out to other mobile vets on my behalf and provided helpful links for every option of care that she gave me. Jennifer also followed up to check on Oakley to see how he was doing. When it was time to make the decision for me to let him go, I texted Dr. Chandler (after hours on her day off). She still responded. She came out a couple days later to our home and we were able to give him a peaceful goodbye on our lawn, which was his favorite place. Dr. Chandler treated Oakley with such care and dignity from start to finish. Jennifer also called me again to check on my wellbeing a week after we said goodbye. Dr. Chandler reached out to me on a Saturday to let me know she had Oakley. He was ready to return home. She worked with us on getting him back and even went as far as matching the tissue paper to the color of his fur for the packaging. She also included a beautiful dog card along with his name which was handwritten. It lays against the paw print and clipping of his hair she gave us. I hope I provided enough details as to why Love Always is not only the best, but the only option I would ever use when having someone take care of my beloved companions.
