He was also sure to take care of all the details, including removing existing speakers and lights that would no longer fit and properly patching up holes. Received a written estimate with a Bradford White gas water heater within the hour and pricing was on par with the market. Fuse leverages ServiceTitan for their bid process and even offers a ballpark estimate prior to having a technician come on site for an estimate. Signed the contract electronically and scheduled the service within the week. Numerous text and email notifications and reminders came before the appointment. Derek our plumber arrived shortly after the scheduled window and replaced the gas water heater within an hour. Derek uncovered a valve that wasn't working and was able to also replace the valve using the tools he had in his truck. The entire service was done within the original estimated time! A quick 2-minute phone call and an appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. Dru, the technician, was highly professional and texted me when he was on his way for the repair. He took the time to walk me through the issue, why it happened, and what his fix will be. About 45 minutes later and my garage door was working as good as new. The price was surprisingly low compared to what I expected based on google search (probably $50 - $150 less than others). Normally I rate a business highly if they successfully meet 2 of 3 following criteria: Price, Quality, and Speed. Dru and KJ's successfully met all 3 of these criteria. We were interested in changing them out for motorized shades and Rommel came out to our home for the consultation. He explained that the original cellular shades could not be retro-fitted to be motorized, so we would have to buy new sets. No problem - and totally understandable! Rommel was very patient and thorough with his explanation of why and working with us to understand our project. We ended up purchasing four sets of shades for our primary bedroom to cover two large windows with a two-layer, motorized system of black-out and light-filtering cellular shades. Rommel's installation team (Rene and Martin) were amazing - super fast, diligent, and competent! They also moved the original set of cellular shades we had to our living room, which meant we didn't lose them after all! They also updated the cord pulls for the original set, which we appreciated. The motorized shades have been such a wonderful addition to our master bedroom! We love the total darkness it provides for sleeping in -- and the automatic scheduler to lower / raise the shades as well has proven very convenient. We are VERY pleased with this upgrade.
