Inside, they wired every room--from the kitchen and bathrooms to three bedrooms--installing dedicated 20-amp circuits, LED recessed lighting, and code-compliant AFCI/GFCI protection. They also installed a 125-amp sub-panel in the garage with fire-rated framing and hardwired our entire smoke/CO detector system. Beyond the technical work, their attention to detail was impressive. After the work was completed, I noticed that one breaker on my panel was missing a label. When I asked Caio, the owner, about it, I was told that they could not identify it during testing and that it might be connected to a hidden outlet. I was advised to turn the breaker off for several hours, or even a day, and see what stops working. When I asked what the old panel had listed for that breaker, I was told there was no label. As a customer who paid on time and in full, I expected better accountability. Since all of the wiring was stripped and reconnected during the panel replacement, I believe identifying and properly labeling the circuits should have been part of the job. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service moving forward.
