We brought our couch cushions to be reupholstered today. The couch structure is well made, however from wear and tear it was time to change the fabric. Maria was extremely helpful with picking out fabrics and is nice. The store has so many fabrics to choose from. When they place the fabric, she said they will refresh the filling as well to get the shape back. They have been around for over forty years, Maria said. Once I get the cushions back, I can share an update with photos. There is a two week turn around, as our particular fabric needs to be ordered. Not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews. I feel like I hit the jackpot with giving some items in our household an update! Wanted to follow back up... The cushions that were covered look great, feel great and are wearing great!! if you are looking for an upholsterer who does outstanding work, look no further than Anthony Interiors. My husband and I visited the showroom and saw thousands of fabric samples. We were fairly certain what we wanted and Anthony helped us search the samples until we found the perfect fabric. it was a plaid so a lot of matching had to be done so that the cushions could be flipped and still carry out the pattern. The pattern on the front wraps around and matches on the sides. Everything is perfect!!! We love it and everyone who sees it, comments on how gorgeous it is. By the way, Anthony reupholstered two chairs for us thirty years ago and they still look new. We get positive comments from friends and neighbors every time they sit in them. As a personal touch, Anthony and his wife, Maria, come to your home to set the cushions in place and make sure everything is exactly what you want. I wanted to rescue my 25 year old Ethan Allen dining room furniture, because the cushions were shot, but it's the best made furniture I own. Step in Anthony's Interiors. They had a gazillion fabrics to choose from, the job only took a week, and they came out beautifully. The rebuilt cushions are solid and comfortable, and the craftsmanship is excellent. I couldn't be happier, and I plan to have them do my living room sofa next. UPDATE: Just got my sofa reupholstered too, taking away the 90s floral and getting a modern Florida colors stripe. I am thrilled with the result! The thin stripes are well aligned, the cushions are firm (as I like them), and the work was done quickly once the fabric arrived. It was an investment, but the original Ethan Allen quality was worth rescuing rather than getting a cheap poor-quality replacement. read more

I can't say enough GREAT things about Anthony's Interiors and the wonderful job they did on my two sofas. The team in the store was friendly and helpful, recommending fabrics and also allowing me to just browse as needed until I found what I was looking for. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the 30+ years of experience Anthony brings to his work really shows! As an interior designer, I am admittedly "picky" about the details, and both Anthony and Maria delivered on perfection! The pillows are beautiful, wonderfully stuffed and corded, with zippers for washing when necessary. The sofas seams and cording and cushions are perfect at every angle. They truly look better and more perfectly constructed than the original upholstery was. It was delivered even earlier than promised when I had an impromptu visit from out of town guests and no place to sit! They really went the extra mile for me to get my items delivered back to me when I needed them. That really says a lot. Such a nice family business, and excellence in their finished product. Re-upholstered a 35 year old Ethan Allen chair and ottoman. It was an extremely comfortable chair that I didnt want to get rid of, it just needed a face lift. They were incredibly professional from beginning to end. From greeting me in the shop, to consulting on fabric selection and the performance of the work, they were A+ service, which is so hard to find these days. They finished the work ahead of the scheduled completion date. The work was absolutely outstanding. We were blown away with how detailed they were ensuring the patten fabric matched up at every seam, divot and corner. The fabric I selected was a very intricate pattern and they balanced the look of the pattern in relation to the size of the chair beautifully. We keep talking about what a great job they did, it was all that we expected and more. You can tell that the craftsmanship of the work was completed by a seasoned professional. We hired Anthony's Interior to reconstruct and reupholster two barrel chairs. We worked with Maria as our primary contact person. She also recommended we consult with Steve, of Swiss Woodwork who they work closely with to refinish the woodwork, and we were thrilled with his work as well. Anthony's added additional seat cushion/ foam, seat reinforcement to the underside of the seats, and reupholstered the chairs w a fabric we preselected from a huge array of fabric options. The outcome was timely and spectacular. The chairs look like new again. We have only praise for their workmanship and professionalism.
