They gave me an appointment with the templetor who never show up the first day. He finally came the next day. I gave him all the information of the design with pictures, he never reported them to the office. After over a month of negotiation about the price and the sqft he gave me a delivery date in October 14th. I confirmed 2 days before everything was ok. Robert told me I need to change everything because my slab was not big enough. They couldn't do the backsplash. The first template was 69sqft, I didn't change anything. Now he announced me the total was 94sqft because of the edge I picked. It didn't make any sense. I accepted the remove the backsplash in order to make it fit but I requested to have the leftover slab. They finally installed the island and countertop. They forgot to cut the cooktop. It was of the plan since day 1. They did a crack on the countertop. I requested bullnose edges only on the island, but they didn't respect the design and they did it even on the countertop. The edges are poorly done. They are not smooth at all. I'm so disappointed. It look old and ugly. It was a beautiful slab, solid rock, they just ruined it. Almost 2 months to get this kind of job, it's a shame. Of course I never got the leftover of my slab.

Tried to reach the owner (Brian) but he's never around - staff tells me they never see him & have to text him. Danica never comes to the phone; Rebecca is on another planet. I tried Better Bus. Bureau - they are now listed as a "D" because they don't respond to complaints !

From day one, Bridget has been extremely helpful with design suggestions and most of all, with recommendations to Captiva's preferred contractors. We have had a lot of work done, from removal of popcorn ceilings, to retexturing ceilings, paint entire interior, demolition of walls and built-in furniture, new improved lighting, new master bath, plus guest bath and half bath suites, and even removal of ALL flooring (tile and carpets) and installation of new 32" tiles. Every contractor was on time, professional, clean, wore masks throughout the pandemic, and simply cared about their job. We're still finalizing details like window treatments and wall decor, but our home looks and feels amazing.

Ron was on point with keeping me informed texting back-and-forth and setting up installation. BEWARE OF FREE VIST & PROPOSAL - You could easily be asked to pay $400 + the cost of wasted time…read more I had high hopes but was let down by the sales team, specifically Diego Ortiz. A member of the sales team comes to your home, takes up half your day and then sends a quote with an autodelete date which they don't disclose. If you don't open according to some deadline you're never told about, the entire message and quote disappear. To resend the message costs $400! I understand when companies state quotes are only good for 30 days because prices can change, but $400 just to resend the original email? I have never heard of such a thing. DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME? PRODUCT INFO: Here is what I learned about their product although I'm working from memory since I can no longer see the estimate. In comparing them with competitors, they only offer a 10yr warranty (not lifetime), there is no guarantee against rust (not great for S. Florida garages), the product is much thinner than others at about 1/2" compared to 1" so it's more susceptible to warping, it also means it has a lower max weight threshold, the warranty for garage flooring doesn't cover stains, they do not assist with removal of items in the garage - at least 2 other competitors include move out and complimentary storage.

From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. They take your money and disappear. One guy wouldn't put anything in writing. He didn't even have a business card. Another "company" gave me a low quote but didn't want to get building permits. He asked me to be vague about the project with my condo management. All red flags. A neighbor suggested Allied. They did great work for him and kept the mess to a minimum by protecting his carpet and hardwood floors. I met with Lewis, a designer at Allied and we discussed options for my bathroom. I had a strict budget and I found Lewis willing to work within it. He came up with great ideas. Allied does things the right way. Designer drawings are done. An architect creates blueprints that breeze through the city permitting process. In a few weeks the project began. Trevor did a wonderful job installing a Schluter Shower System, a product that guarantees no leaks for life! Mark and Angelo were fantastic at setting the fixtures and rough carpentry and keeping dust to a minimum. Adam was my project manager who was available by cell if I had ANY concerns. Chris and Liz were awesome at helping me select tiles and finishes. Everybody was helpful and professional!! I never enjoyed a construction project so much. I found Allied to be top notch.
