However, I have noticed a consistent issue across several therapists. After the first five minutes of evaluating the patient, many therapists begin engaging in casual conversations with other therapists or clients, and this continues throughout the session. This takes away from the quality of care, as they are no longer fully focused on the patient. Every patient, whether paying through insurance or co pay, deserves the therapist's FULL attention for the ENTIRE session, not just the first few minutes or the last portion. While working in a shared space is understandable, it is not appropriate for therapists to engage in unrelated conversations once a session has started. Management should address this and ensure therapists remain fully attentive to their own patients at all times. Updating my rating to 5 stars again due to the management's immediate attention to the matter. Thank you.

I had my pcp refer me to a new place, this one, where I met Max and Brandon and all their wonderful aides. They treated me like an individual and not just someone lumped in with a group that they had to hurry and see and send on my way.
