Yet never sent me home with papers regarding my bill, regarding my appointment and pre/post op care (I promise I asked if there was any when leaving my consultation). No emails regarding this matter either, only appointment confirmations/reminders. I showed up for my appointment, 15 minutes early, told the doctor i had a half cup of water on my way to the office. He looked at me like i had 3 heads and talked to me in a tone as if i should have known? DESPITE receiving no papers/acknowledgments on this matter . Sure we talked at the consultation but that was a month ago and I was anxious. Guess they expect you to remember everything that was said to you while they talk in a condescending tone (they can say they didn't but I work in mental-health care and know the importance of communication). This may not fall on the doctor, but is there no communication in between staff to ensure your clients are taken care of? Take your business elsewhere these people don't know how to communicate. I'd leave 0 stars if i could. Copying this review from my own google review. This is the first time ive ever even left a review for ANY business. I've given birth to 4 human beings, and still the dentist office scares me more. Its a legitimate problem. After a horrendous experience a few years ago at Aspen Dental (dont ever go there!), I found Dr. Milza! He's amazing, and so is his staff. He's fast and friendly and kind and gentle. He treats everyone like a person, with feelings. And is so sincere. I actually stopped taking my children to the pediatric dentist and now they all go to Dr. Milza and really do love going. Finally, after going over my information again and again, I was found in their system. My appointment was in 2023, so I would need X-rays and a consult, and "maybe" the doctor would address my painful, cracked tooth. April informed me that they only have one dentist now who's very busy! Still, I agreed to the appointment, because I'm in PAIN but what happens next? She says, oh do you still have the same insurance? We don't except that, so you'll have to pay up front for your new patient visit and X-rays! Of course, I told her to cancel my appointment, Isn't it better to just be upfront and honest? Why not say this right from the beginning when I made the appointment that they couldn't find my records?? Why didn't they say they they didn't accept my insurance when I did my pre visit sign in??
