I had a breast augmentation with a lift only 5 yrs ago. They are only concerned about your money not your personal health and well-being. I have complained to him several times about the permanent stitches he put around my areolas, which has led to sever pain and abscesses not to mention horrific scaring. I went with the the silicone implants submuscular. He didn't build my pockets and I have a particular muscle structure that requires the surgery to be done in a specific manner he didn't care to do that either. I paid over ten grand for breasts that look horrible not to mention I'm already having what's called the waterfall effect. I've know many people with the exact same procedure that I had and even 15 to 30 yrs after their surgery their implants still look amazing! When I finally got an appointment with him for the last a final attempt to get some kind of compensation for the horrific job he had done to me I was met with rudeness and them blaming the surgical errors on me and my and that I had aged 5yrs then he had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted it fixed that I would have to pay him even more money!! I wouldn't let him touch me again with a ten foot pole! Please whatever you do stay away from Dr. Anthony Tran all he cares about is your money and NOT YOU! I can't express this enough! I have done my research since my surgery and I shouldn't be having the issues I'm having now, if I would have just done my research before I paid ten grand just to feel like Frankenstein! If I could give no stars I would. Now I'm going to have to pay another surgeon to fix and recuntruct my breasts. Just because he has some top doctor awards on his wall doesn't mean he is truly a top doctor! For all I know he could have had those made by a printing company. I also noticed that he has taken down his before and after pictures of his breast augmentation gallery and all you see is women with their clothes on! Again if you value the way you want to look stay away from him! Quality of care was horrific the staff was rude and I had no after care instructions or postoperative check ups except for one and that was to take the bandages off. Do NOT waste your time or money. Dr. Tran ruined my nose. I wish he could have told me he could not do it, but instead he took my money and left me with a botched nose. I wish I did more research, because if you want a rhinoplasty please do not go here. I have done a second rhinoplasty now, and the new surgeon told me my skin was growing in between my bone. Only came here because my dermatologist recommended him to remove a cyst from my scalp near the hairline. I should have checked him out more beforehand. He is out of network for my insurance so I had to pay an exorbitant price for a simple procedure. They want cash payments and charge a fee for credit or debit. My receipt was a handwritten slip of paper; not a computer print out. Feels like a money laundering scheme. When the cyst was removed, I was not numbed enough and it was quite painful. He used a staple to close the incision and I had to return today for the removal. My appointment was at 8:30. I sat in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes before I approached the receptionist and questioned whether or not I had my time accurate. I was placed in a room and waited 30 minutes more. When the "doctor" finally came in to remove the staple, he thought I had two incisions instead of just one. When he removed the staple, it was almost as painful as when he removed the cyst. I would give less than one star if possible. Run away and find a more reputable location! read more

Received botox treatment at the Valentine's Party at a little discounted rate, my Botox was injected laying down and he was a little sketchy, felt like he was hiding stuff in back room, he did not show me what he was injecting in my face. It was never shown to me ever!! He put a massive bright light in my face that made me blind and couldn't see anything, I knew something was up!! The only reason I gave 1 Star is because I can't do ZERO. I went to this doctor to have a lipoma removed. The girl at the front desk thought I was there for liposuction...something completely different. There was nothing good about this office visit. The front desk staff was RUDE and unprofessional. There were no nurses in sight. The office seemed more like a nail salon. The doctor made me very uncomfortable and tried to tell me I needed outpatient surgery and general anesthesia for something I KNOW could be done in the office. Stay away from this place!!! read more

I've waited over a yr to post a comment because I wanted to make sure of what to say. Dr Tran is a very nice guy and was very patient with me going back and forth about having this procedure. When I finally decided to have this done, I had second thoughts at the last minute and was crying in the office. The women in the office came in and told me it will be fine in a rather rude way. I felt pressured to have it done because everything was booked and paid for. I was told that the surgery center would be covered by insurance and it wasn't. Found out the night before the procedure. At my preop appt the afternoon before surgery he did his markings. Thought that was odd because sweating and sleeping might wear off the marker. He said it would be fine and just put a paper towel under my breasts to soak up any sweat. In the morning he glanced at the markings and said they were fine even though I could tell some of it wore off. He's the doctor. He knows what he's doing. I did everything I was told to do and went in to have my bandages removed 3 days later. I noticed that the inside of my right breast was kind of flat compared to the left. Like too much tissue was taken out. He said to wait a few months for the swelling to go down and everything to settle. Ok. Every time I went in I told him my concerns and was told just wait. I started out as a DDD and we agreed to go to a D. As time went by I noticed that I was a maybe a full C on the left and a small C on the right. The flatness on the inner right breast was still there and it was lower at it's base. I'm guessing that he went by the smudged markings. He told me that my breasts were sisters, not twins and that's why they were uneven. I said the point of plastic surgery is to make them twins. I've been very disappointed in the results. I was always proud of my giant breasts but the weight and sagging killed my neck, shoulders and back. Now they make me sad. I've realized that NO plastic surgeon marks the patient ahead of time. They do it the morning of the surgery. I didn't do much research like most women and didn't consult with any other doctors so it's partly my fault. I'm now consulting with other surgeons to fix what's been done. When I show them my breasts, they see right away the major asymmetry. I was also supposed to have liposuction on the sides of my breasts which looked barely done. On a positive note I did get some money back due to my disappointment. I was referred through a friend of a friend. Dr Tran is skilled and knowledgeable but his bedside manner is refreshing. It is rare today to find an MD easy to talk to that will give you information especially a plastic surgeon. I will definitely be back for more. read more

A very rude practice. They will leave you waiting for an appointment and do not value your time. They charge for everything including using your credit card. No follow-up, even when promised. Prices are too high, questions aren't answered. If you want to use your insurance they charge to fill out the forms! Spare yourself and avoid! read more
