The new product doesn't last very long at all. Therefore, I cannot justify the cost anymore. I guess I will have to find a clinic that still offers Juvéderm. This is very unfortunate to me, because I really like going to accent, and I really liked Irene. But, I feel like I'm just throwing money away by continuing to go there.

I have complained to him several times about the permanent stitches he put around my areolas, which has led to sever pain and abscesses not to mention horrific scaring. He didn't build my pockets and I have a particular muscle structure that requires the surgery to be done in a specific manner he didn't care to do that either. I paid over ten grand for breasts that look horrible not to mention I'm already having what's called the waterfall effect. I've know many people with the exact same procedure that I had and even 15 to 30 yrs after their surgery their implants still look amazing! When I finally got an appointment with him for the last a final attempt to get some kind of compensation for the horrific job he had done to me I was met with rudeness and them blaming the surgical errors on me and my and that I had aged 5yrs then he had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted it fixed that I would have to pay him even more money!! I wouldn't let him touch me again with a ten foot pole! Please whatever you do stay away from Dr. Anthony Tran all he cares about is your money and NOT YOU! I can't express this enough! I have done my research since my surgery and I shouldn't be having the issues I'm having now, if I would have just done my research before I paid ten grand just to feel like Frankenstein! If I could give no stars I would. Now I'm going to have to pay another surgeon to fix and recuntruct my breasts. Just because he has some top doctor awards on his wall doesn't mean he is truly a top doctor! For all I know he could have had those made by a printing company. I also noticed that he has taken down his before and after pictures of his breast augmentation gallery and all you see is women with their clothes on! Again if you value the way you want to look stay away from him! Quality of care was horrific the staff was rude and I had no after care instructions or postoperative check ups except for one and that was to take the bandages off. I still had open wounds that wasn't cared for and was told it was normal. Obviously that's not normal!

My mother had a revision and replacement by him in June of 2024 and had a great experience, which is why I chose him for my surgery for my mommy makeover. He was very informative but also listened to my wants and needs. Everything at my consultation went smooth and pre op all went great as well. I traveled from to Ohio to Texas for my sugary and would do it 100x again even though being away from home sucked JUST to have the results that I already do at 2.5 weeks post op. From the front desk, to the nurses at all of my pre op appointments, leading to surgery day and the staff that prepped and treated me.. wow. 10/10. If you're looking for a sign, here it is. When I first started, I had avoided dentists for about 10 years. I had a lot to catch up on due to that and my bad Irish teeth genes. (you can't run from a bad cap). She is an artist and a perfectionist when it comes to her work while being very conscientious of patient comfort. She also has a great sense of humor. Her office is full of very nice staff, and she runs a tight ship. Appointments are prompt, the waiting room has a computer with internet and a plethora of magazines including a few for the guys, the facilities are state-of-the-art technology and operating-room clean, and well laid out. This may be a bizarre thing to say, I actually look forward to my appointments because Dr. Zamora and her entire staff are so nice, the setting is relaxing, and it's usually a break from a hectic work day. I'm not saying I enjoy getting drilled on, but if God himself came down from heaven and drilled a cavity, it probably wouldn't be very pleasant. -Kevin
