The acrylic doesn't even go all the way to cuticle and the nails shape itself is very uneven. After we were done I went up to pay and she stood there waiting for a tip because they don't offer credit card tips. So I paid 75 for simple short and terrible nails and gave her the cash I had which was 10 so she made out with a 10 dollars for nothing. I came here with my sister for our first time out since the babies we just had. We stood in the waiting area for 20 minutes before we even got to talk to a anyone. I even called to make an appt and the gentleman who answered the phone said to just come on in... I felt smothered bc all of the people touching all of the same things & there is a pandemic going on... there were dead skin peals all over the floor, too. We got to our seats and there was still a used Starbucks cup from the precious woman telling us that the seats were not cleaned. We had to ask to have our chairs cleaned and assumed that would be traditionally done. The pedicure was 14 minutes start to finish. I even asked if they missed a step because I've had the signature pedicure at the Dayton locations and it's amazing!! My feet were dry and I was overall very disappointed. It is a shame that my sister and I spent our whole week looking forward to this one moment together since we don't get to spend a lot of time together and it was so horrible. Dan gave me the worst set of acrylics I've ever had. I don't often get my mail done but I was going on vacation and wanted something different. He greeted me with an attitude but I told myself maybe he's having a rough day and give him a try. BIG mistake, I told him I didn't want thick nails and I left looking like I had horse teeth on my hands. I believe he may have been new because a lady kept coming to observe his technique. He then said I was hard to do because I kept looking at my nails. Since I was traveling the next day I chalked it up but Anthony Vince in Easton lost my business. If I could give this nail salon a 10 out of 10, I would. I honestly do not see myself ever going to another nail salon in Columbus. Yes, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I walked in with a full set of acrylic nails that I got done somewhere else - they were absolute shit. The lovely technicians at Anthony Vince were able to properly remove them which took a lot of time but was totally worth it, they fixed me up with some beautiful new nails with dipping powder and extension tips so my nails look long and pretty and natural. This place is superclean and super pretty. All of the chairs are very comfortable and there is a full bar... What?! It is awesome! They will bring you drinks while you were getting your manicure or pedicure. They totally take care of you here. The manager of this place is lovely, her professionalism was much appreciated. First time in and visited the Easton location. First impression was "Wow!" Absolutely beautiful inside and the largest nail salon I've ever seen. I recommend going during the week days and scheduling ahead of time as it will be fast and easy when you walk in. I did a gel pedicure for $55 and gel dipping Powder on my nails for $45 came to $100 plus tax which was $107 and some change. **tips can only be left in cash** so please have cash to tip your nail tech. There is also another location in Dublin which is twice the size. They have a full bar inside which is great for group of friends spending a day getting pampered. The establishment is located in a beautiful spot in Easton Town center, it has a very classy look to the salon, with a checkin kiosk. Personally I made an appointment online the day before. The message said I would get a confirmation email once the appointment was truly set. I never received a confirmation email so I proceeded to the location for service. I have never been to a nail salon where the techs couldn't do dip or pedicures with acrylic tips for toes. I sat in the establishment for 1 hour, the tech who was supposed to do my nails couldn't do acrylic tips for toes, he left me to go do acrylic nails for someone else, I sat for another hour again before being helped the pedicure bowl of water got cold. Dan the gentleman who came to assist me explained they were short staffed as it was a holiday and they weren't busy the weekend prior. He then yanked my foot from the pedicure tub and insisted I set my foot straight, My hands were soaking in acetone and I couldn't move the massage chair to get my foot positioned to his liking. He then got rough with me and pushed my foot down, I tried to move the chair so my foot would be positioned correctly and told me to keep my hands soaking...this exchange of energy was a bad experience and caused me to become tense and uncomfortable. Now being over 2 plus hours in, I told him To just tip and gel polish my toes. I had to get back to my children and I still needed my nails done. He yanked my hands and told me to relax various times pointed to the TV and told me to watch it. I had to explain that everything he was doing to me was causing me discomfort. After he was done with the service my cuticles were sore, one of my tips on my toe was longer than the others and my nails were cut shorter than desired. The quality of service didn't match the cost. My first appointment with Anthony Vince about two weeks ago to have an acrylic set done went ok. It was my first time ever getting acrylics and the drills used were very painful. The technician was not gentle in any way. The drills also cut into my cuticles making me bleed. After all was done, my nails looked pretty but at the price of pain. My second appointment to remove my acrylics and get a gel manicure went even worse. While taking off the acrylics, the drills cut even more cuticles making them bleed again. This technician was not gentle either. The process of the gel manicure was perfectly fine, however, I have not even had the manicure a full day and it is already chipping on two nails. Gel is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. I am super disappointed with both experiences. I will not be returning. read more

I love this nail shop. It is my go to when getting my nails done. They have a wide range of colors for dip and gel. They also do pedicures as well. I have called the day before and they can still squeeze me in their schedules. They do not take credit card tips so make sure to bring some cash. After calling two of my backups, this place had walk-ins so I went. First of all, the technician was sort of rude and as I was looking at polish colors, came up to the front rushing me. This salon is the ultimate place for a large group of people to get their nails done together! We went here this weekend for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! They were able to give all 7 of us pedicures at the same time and we were all in the same room! The staff was awesome--cracking jokes with us the entire time, engaging us in conversation, and overall making the experience even more fun. We enjoyed champagne and massage chairs while our nails were being done, too. The only hiccup came when it was time to pay. Their system seemed to be a little bit old-school, so they were confused about who had paid and who hadn't. But, in the end, it was all sorted out. I was a walk in appointment and expected to wait a while but was surprised when I was taken back not too shortly after my arrival. I now realize why. The nail tech was not friendly and never spoke to me directly. I understand for some there is a language barrier but there's a difference between that and rudeness. I have not had my nails done in months due to the pandemic but decided to treat myself as I had good news after an appointment. I felt rushed from the time I sat in the chair. I asked her to clip my nails which she ignored. She was overly rough with her movements and many times pulled my fingers to the point of pain. In her haste when cutting back my cuticles she knicked them several times. My nails turned out thick and not natural looking at all. They were uneven and not shaped correctly. I ended up paying $68 for nails that I believe I could have done better myself with the correct tools. Our very first visit to this salon; girls day! Everyone got mani/ pedi. Employees were okay; kind of hard to have a conversation thru all the masks. One daughter didn't get to use the massage chair as there was no remote on the chair. Granddaughter got the princess mani/pedi which involved just polish on her fingers and toes (she's 3 no need for anything more) what we weren't expecting was paying full adult price for some polish. My other daughter her acrylics are all different thickness. And now my gel polish on my toes has just started coming off. Not little chips but the entire polish is gone. Highly disappointed in my visit. It was my first time, and my last time. I arrived as a walk-in and the receptionist told me it would be a 30 minute wait. No big deal, I was fine with waiting as they were busy. Thankfully I only waited 10ish minutes before my name was called and they took me back for my pedicure. I knew I wanted gel polish for my toes because I am going on vacation and I wanted them to last. But $20 in addition to the $36 for a pedicure? Crazy. I should have left then. But I said it's ok and went on with it. It turned out great. Never caught my technicians name, but as she was wrapping up my toes, she was informed that she had an appointment just walk in. So they had me sit in the waiting area for the next available technician. I waited over an hour for someone to help me. The receptionist offered to give me a free alcoholic drink which I declined since I don't drink. She should have removed the coke I had, but she didn't. It went from bad to worse when my name was finally called, and my technician Lily took me back for my gel fill in. She kept calling it a balance and I asked her if she could explain the difference for me and she just ignored me. After commenting on how bad my nails looked(totally unnecessary) she processed to use a nail tip to remove some of the gel that was on my nails. It hurt so much, and even after pulling my hand away she kept doing it. I don't know why she didn't just shave it down like normal. She pulled one off so hard she made the nail bleed. And acted like she didn't even see it. Unbelievably painful. She didn't even bother to sanitize it or wipe it. She just continued on like normal. After I pointed out the bleeding nail, she flipped the switch. Her attitude was so sour and repulsive. She kept yanking my hands and tossing them away when she moved on to the next one. I had one broken nail so I asked her to file them all down to be the same length as that nail. After she was done taking off the polish, she asked if I wanted to cut them down.... Of course I did... If she wasn't being so rude and rushed she would have heard me. I asked her if she could do coffin shape, and she said your nails are too short it's not possible. I said my nails are always this short, please do what I ask. After rolling her eyes at me... she did what I asked. Not well, but she did it. My nails are all lengths, and different thickness. She cut my skin in multiple places. Simply because she was being so rough with me. She said at one point... "why are you looking at your nails? You look at them too much." She missed lots of spots and I asked her to fix them, and with her huffing and puffing she finally did it. I don't know how many times I had to correct her but I know if I said one more thing I would start crying. I didn't want to embarrass myself or make a scene, so I just shut my mouth. After paying $126.85 and that's without tip... I realize I shouldn't have kept quiet. For that amount of money, I expected so much better. I was there for close to 4 hours and it looked like I was in and out in 5 minutes. I have never payed that much for mani/pedi(even if it was gel) and I don't think I will ever return there again. I had previously had a pretty good experience here which is why I came back. However on my last experience they gave me someone who seemed very inexperienced and very confused (he kept going to the manager for help). After quite a bit of confusion, my nail tech was switched three times (not because I was asking) for a simple gel manicure. They then charged me an extra five dollars for shaping my natural nails almond as part of a basic gel manicure. I have never had to pay extra at their salon or any other salon for such a basic shape on my natural average length nails, especially when it was because they gave me someone who didn't seem experienced and had to keep asking the manager questions. He gave me one palette of colors fo choose from and lied and said that was all they had. He kept hurting my nails while he was drilling. I kept telling him it hurt and he never acknowledged me. I finally asked for a different tech, but he still ignored me. He completely messed up the shape of my nails (which were actually perfect before). I was in town for business, I had broken my nail in the airport and was in desperate need of a fix. Even though the reviews weren't great, I have this place a try and I'm SO HAPPY! My nails came out amazing. My nail tech was excellent. She fixed my nail as a sculpted nail, not a tip and she matched the shape PERFECTLY. I have been here a few times and it's usually a decent experience. I came in to have my acrylic soaked off and instead of soaking me in acetone, a nail tip was used to dig under my acrylic and pop it off. It was extremely painful. I complained about the pain and the tech continued. I specifically asked to be soaked off in acetone and she put that hand in acetone and then started popping my acrylic of manually on the other hand. I had to voice a complaint again for her to soak both hands. After manually popping my acrylic nails off, she used a the electric buffer instead of a file. It overall was a painful experience and after leaving my nail beds are red, raw, and hurt really bad. Mechanic buffers/files are NOT supposed to be used on natural nails and you definitely are not supposed to physically pull acrylic off the nail. For what they are charging, the fact that they can't take an extra few minutes to not damage their customers nail beds is really frustrating. I would not be writing this review if things changed after my complaints. The nail tech watched me verbally express being in pain and heard me request to be soaked off and continued to manually pop my nails off. This place literally damaged my nail beds. They are so raw, I can't even wash dishes in warm water because it is so painful. It's days later and any type of warmth or rubbing against my nails is extremely painful. I am here yesterday bc my normal salon was full. I requested a gel pedicure. The moment I sat down I felt rushed, the tech started lifting up my pants left, and the water was so hot. I told her the water was hot, but maybe she did not hear me. She then started to drill my old gel off my toes and the drill was so high that it was burning, I stated to her several times that its burning to a point I had to pull my feet away, she got upset and told she will cut me by mistake if jump like that again, I told her to turn down her drill bc its was burning, she proceeded to continue to the other toe which was worst. She then told me to put my foot in the water and she starts to clip my toes on my left foot. My 4th toe on my right foot was burning so bad in the water, I told her twice and she ignored me to a point I took my foot out examined it and relaxed to but down to later of my nail bed, it was a small area that was clearly red and irritated, said it was the natural color of nail bed. At that point she stops doing my nails and grabs the girl at front desk, who told me she was going to get me another tech, but nobody came so I put on my shoes and went up to the desk. She gave me a $10 gift card which I will not be using bc I will never come back. I came to this place years ago and couldn't figure out why I never came back.
