Three years after the fact, it has come to light by the SSA that this tax guy swapped social security numbers between my husband and me. My husband had my SSN on all of the paperwork and vice versa. This caused me to not have an income for that year, as far as SSA was concerned. We had to go through the whole filling out the SSA795 forms to correct his mistake.
