I showed up to get my car tuned and they inspected it before putting it on the dyno to make sure the engine was ready to be tuned. They found some issues that needed to be fixed before tuning. I had a kinked fuel line and the tgv started acting up when they were trying to tune the car. They were able to repair all the issues and still get my car tuned in the same day. I live 3 hours from them and they worked as hard as they could to make sure my car was repaired and tuned so I wouldn't have to make two trips back. On a Thursday, I decided to finally get my oil changed. For my newest edition to my car fam, I decided to bring it here instead of sitting at the dealership for hours and hours. As you pull up for service, someone comes up and checks you in. They get your name, number, and license plate number. Then, you hop out and leave your key in the car. You have the option of sitting outside, or even inside. Inside is a tight squeeze, but there are multiple seats available. I was quoted an hour and a half. I decided to walk to grandma's house while I waited for Speedee Oil to call. After 2 1/2 hours, I was starting to wonder why I was still waiting. So I headed back over to Speedee Oil.. on my long journey of 5 minutes. When I spoke to the woman behind the counter, it turns out they put my phone number in wrong. Checking out did take about 15 long minutes. They have a new system they were still trying to figure out. They were not able to print me a receipt, but they emailed it to me, so that works. Everyone here was nice, and I even ran into a few people from around town that I know. Although I waited, I was not in a rush that day, so it was not a big deal. So Speedee Oil wasn't Speedee today, but their customer service today and my past experience here is enough to keep me coming back. 2 weeks later, my check oil light came back on. I called the shop and spoke with Sarah, who told me to stop back by at my convenience. It only took her 2 minutes to see that the mechanics forgot to reset my vehicles milage. She fixed that for me and I was on my way.

The business owner, Charles, made an afternoon appointment and met us at the Hertz car sales lot right on time. His inspection took just over an hour and when it was done, Charles explained his findings to us. It was clear to us that Charles has deep automotive expertise - plus he is an excellent communicator, patiently answering all of our questions. In the end we had a list of issues to present to Hertz, and their standard sales contract was amended to require Hertz to address/resolve these issues before our car is delivered in the next day or two. By the time we got home Charles had emailed us a 6 page written report for our records. In addition, the fee he charged was very reasonable. I had received other quotes that were $10 and $20 higher, and they required you to take the car to their location. Having a mobile inspection service made the logistics so much easier. Bottom line - we highly recommend this business. It was great to have an automotive expert looking out for our best interests when buying a used car.

I explained that I had recently purchased the truck and the salesperson told me if I could find the receipt or provide the previous owner's phone number the battery would be replaced at no charge. Excited at the prospect of saving a couple of hundred dollars, I returned home and spent 20 minutes or so searching for the receipt and taking pics of the original owner's phone number. I couldn't find the receipt but, armed with a phone number and email from the previous owner I returned to the store. A different sales person then informed me that the warranty wasn't transferrable and I was out of luck. The original sales person was still working the counter and I asked why that person said I could provide a receipt or phone number to get a free replacement. "I don't know, warranties aren't transferable". I honestly expected to pay for a new battery anyway, but the mixed messages cost me a bit of time and frustration- I have other things I need to do. I would have just bought a battery in the first place had I known... piss poor experience and piss poor customer service.

No one's moving as if they're really that busy back there. They just rather be in the back than helping a customer in the front. Another customer that was waiting said he had the same experience other times and that this is his last time to the store. I'm done as well.
