We most likely would not have noticed the smudges either until we cleaned the window weeks later... if then lol At their own initiative the workers said the glass would be replaced (no added charge) and 2 weeks later they returned with new, smudge-free glass. We were amazed by such attention to detail on the workers' part and the company's devotion to quality. An overall excellent experience. I'd give 'em six stars if that were possible.
