I was able to procure a replacement piece of glass from the furniture company, but I wasn't sure if a glass company could cut the glass and repair my door. Jim at Camden Glass was honest, he said he would try. He wasn't sure if the quality of the glass they sent me would damage/break when he tried to cut it, but he'd try. I could tell he had years of experience working with glass and appreciated that he let me know that there was chance it might not work. He said, he'd call me in about week and let me know when he was finished, which he did. Thankfully, the glass didn't break and he was able to repair my door! I know that this isn't typically the work that he does, but I am so thankful he didn't turn me away and was able to fix it. Jim and his team, seem like honest hardworking men. I said I called and spoke with a man. So she says, well I'm a girl not a guy. So I try to ask about the glass and she knows nothing and then says I'm hanging up on you because I don't want to deal with this. Do not use them. You will get taken. I am now going to go to small claims court to get my money back. This is stealing when you take money and don't deliver.

They took the broken frame and fixed it within a day and for an affordable $50. Eighteen Glass also replaced mirrored glass on a dining room table I managed to break several years back. Said estimated arrival of glass was 10/1, and set a tentative appointment for 10/2. Called on 10/1 to confirm glass was delivered, confirmed a starting time for work on 10/2. Crew leader called and advised running 10 minutes late, and showed up within 10 minutes of appointed time. Two men completed the work in about 1.5 hours. Friendly, neat, professional, and correctly wearing masks. Paid balance w/ credit card and received a mailed receipt two days later. Totally painless, very satisfied with entire experience. Not only did Danielle provide a reasonable estimate for the work, but the parts arrived quickly for installation, and the first tech (I didn't catch his name) identified an issue with one of the openers prior to finishing the work.
