You know when I see places with foods that I love with low star ratings I like to just try and give him a shot, my own perspective, that being said, I came upon Mikey's pizzeria, truth be told. I was quite surprised, went and had the special, two slices of pie added some toppings, a five piece hot wing and a soda to which I substituted a bottle of water sorry I'm boring, but it was fantastic. I know some of the reviews say otherwise but the service was friendly and efficient, sizes of the slices were generous, the toppings were generous as well, lots of flavor, not greasy just well put together, the wings, jumbo size their own spin on the hot sauce, fried perfectly and very tasty. I haven't a bad thing to say!? the only thing I will say is thru a lot of the reviews that Mikey's is a little bit run down a bit divvy and worn, I'm just saying, I imagine if they put a couple coats of paint and put a little love into the building inside this place would pop! however I'm here for the food and they delivered! We ordered a large pizza with wings and a two liter for $25. Not a bad deal. The food was ready fairly quickly. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was delicious. Exactly the way I like it! I didn't get to try the wings because they smelled a little bit weird to me. But I would definitely come back for the pizza. read more

Major FAIL Yelpers of Kissimmee. What a horrible decision we made. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. The White pizza was dry, the pepperoni pizza lacked sauce AND cheese, the wings were tiny and all but 2 were flappers. To say in CAPS that this place is BETTER THAN NY PIZZA is ludicrous. The only thing our party of 7 had anything good to say was that the buffalo wing sauce was good...but we wanted pizza. The place was also disgusting and seated in a rundown plaza. It smelled of chlorine and they had a door wedged into the door to help vent the fumes. We should have turned and run but Yelpers have never let me down before. J and I go here all the time, it's our favorite pizza place. The staff is awesome, they know us by face (because we are regulars, haha). The ladies who are at the front know our order as soon as we walk in. They are always polite and quick with the food, which is freaking delicious. We always get the two slices and a drink for $5 special and small cheese fries (which are to die for). Yes, the place may seem "run down" but it has a certain charm about it. I ordered from here on a Saturday night, around 7pm. Large cheese pizza, hot wings and a large fry and a 2 liter. Delivery estimate was 1.15 hr and it did come in just 50 minutes. Pizza did not have much flavor, when I opened the box there was a plastic like smell. When I bit into the pizza it had tasted just the way it smelled. I'm not sure if there was something else warming up in the oven along with the pizza but that was the impression I got because why else would my pizza have an unpleasant plastic taste to it? Other than that the wings were pretty decent. And a large fry seemed more like a small. When my food arrived I asked for my Pepsi and the delivery driver had told me he did t have it. So he then went to the store and came back with my 2 liter soda. Overall not the greatest experience. Not sure that I will be ordering from here again. read more

I don't understand the previous reviews. I am had food from here on several occasions with not one issue. We mostly order at work for delivery for several people with several different orders. We have not had any issues with the orders. Everything is always delivered in a timely fashion. We are very close to their location which in a two story strip mall off of main road with a pet groomer, haircut store and a church. I have had buffalo wings on several occations made with great flavor and your choice of blue cheese or ranch. The spaghetti and meatballs are to die for. Sauce is perfectly seasoned and just enough to not drown the meatballs. The will also melt parmigiana cheese on the meatballs. It is served with 3 huge garlic knots at an amazing price. Why no 5 stars? I do believe that they would benefit from upgrading their restaurant inside. The have a few tables but the need some serious improvements. If they don't care too much about sit downs and are focusing on their delivery they would get a 5. Well worth ordering from here. read more

This is by far the best pizza I've had in Florida and I'm from New York. Their calzones made by 'Steve' was absolutely huge and delicious. I actually brought one home to NY with me, one stuffed with cheese and sausage and the other with cheese and bacon. Mike's Pizza-Ria deserves 10 stars! I was stuck waiting 3 hours for a late train at the Kissimmee Amtrak station and needed some food. I called Mikey's after finding their menu online. I didn't think they would deliver to me at the train station but they did and it only took about 15 or 20 minutes (10 inch cold sub, cheese sticks and bottled water). There was a $10 minimum order for delivery which wasn't too much to ask-I think my bill was 12 bucks or so. Food was as good as any other shop, I had no complaints. read more

My Favorite pizza ever! They will cook it just like I ask crispy! Even if there is a line they make sure that my pizza is looked to my preference! The people are very nice and helpful! It is such a nice change from those chain places who try to call themselves "pizza makers" I asked what makes their pizza taste so different from all the others in the area and the owner told me it was the sauce! Ate there once and it was ok and since i opened a new business figured i would use that as the take out spot but not only is the food ok at best but the people are rude and nasty on the phone and even had the audacity to say "if you don't like it go across the street their pizza is horrible." Too bad for them they lost the business from me and my reps which are directly behind them and probably just lost out on at least $1000 a month but its ok i ordered papa johns no problem which actually taste better anyway read more
