North Shore Monuments is an extremely greedy company that you should avoid. Five years ago, we had engaged North Shore for help and advice for our project honoring 11 Army airmen killed in a heroic life-saving action in Bellerose NY in 1940. Their excellent support for the design and material for this memorial, and invaluable technical guidance was instrumental for the eventual successful completion of the monument this year. North Shore Monuments completed construction on schedule in early June 2023, and we dedicated the memorial monument as "The Bellerose War Memorial" on June 17th. Our thanks in particular to North Shore's construction manager Mario Morales and his staff, owners and advisors Hugh and Maggie Tanchuck, but especially to Lisa Burke. I emailed the service forms and Ruth sent me an email back requesting photos of the repair. i sent the photos and they got back to me right away with an estimated price of around $175. I agreed and they set up a date to come to the house and fix it. They came and fixed the chair in about 1/2 an hour and charged $150. I will definitely call again and have already recommended them to a friend.

I told him I'm not paying him for doing nothing and just to leave and supposedly talk to his manager. So he went outside and called his manager and then came back (tried re-entering without knocking) only to quote me $1,000 to take my table to the shop, which needed glue basically, and then $150 for labor ++. I didn't even pay that for the table. He then said he could try and epoxy that might not work for $580. They were terrible to schedule with. This is the epitome of bad business and advantage-taking.
