I told him I'm not paying him for doing nothing and just to leave and supposedly talk to his manager. So he went outside and called his manager and then came back (tried re-entering without knocking) only to quote me $1,000 to take my table to the shop, which needed glue basically, and then $150 for labor ++. I didn't even pay that for the table. He then said he could try and epoxy that might not work for $580. They were terrible to schedule with. This is the epitome of bad business and advantage-taking.

WOW!!! Bob and Jake took our area rugs to be "beaten" and cleaned. The results were amazing. We…read morehave two large cream colored area rugs that get a lot of traffic. Bob and Jake got out every piece of leftover Christmas glitter, every piece of sand from outside, and every strand of dog hair. We could see shading in front of the sofa before it was cleaned, and it was completely mark free when it came back. When Jake unrolled the carpet, he noticed one very small stain remaining. He worked on that spot until it was completely clean. The following day a stranger's dog got loose and the only way to catch it was to allow it in and try to capture her. She had run through all of our flower beds first, so her muddy paws got all over the newly cleaned rugs when she came in. I called Bob, and the next day he and Jake came over and got rid of all the muddy paw prints with no extra charge. Jake again went over the rug making sure that there were no spots remaining. I would highly recommend NY Rug Authority. Our area rugs look like the first day we put them down. Other carpet cleaners can't measure up to NY Rug Authority.
