Sometime later, after this bizarre visit, the chiming on my grandfather clock stopped. I called and talked with him. He said they would come and gave me to her to make an appointment. She made an appointment. I waited, hoping to hear my chimes again. On the appointed day they did not come. I repeat, they did not come. They also did not call. When I called them, she said that it wasn't on their books. He said they had decided not to come to San Francisco . But they didn't tell me that. So I still have no chimes and I have what, in my opinion, was a bizarre and completely uncaring and unprofessional experience. Beware.

I mentioned that my husband's birthday was coming up and wondered if it would be ready by then, but I could see there was plenty of work ahead of mine. I was thrilled to get a call the day before his birthday to hear it was ready for pickup! With new gears, lubrication, lift adjustment and paint touch up it was gorgeous! Using it was delayed by some life events, but yesterday the promised cake was created and I'm here to tell you that mixer never sounded or worked better when it was brand new! I creamed butter, sugar, and cream cheese and it actually picked up all ingredients and did it perfectly! Absolutely thrilled with the work.
