It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. They offer waxing and other services as well. If you call the day you want services you can get an appointment and then you don't have to wait, I have never had to wait regardless but you can also walk in. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.
