The one who cut her did not apologize but said she cut her because she was asleep. That was not true. The lady who cut my friend's toes started talking loudly in Russian, like she was mad, but she was not the one who was cut, so we were not understanding her yelling. They only gave her a 10% discount, which was not enough for all the pain, burning, and discomfort my friend was forced to suffer. And a discount had to be asked for. Yet, some lady who did not like her nail color was offered the world!!! smh We were told it is expected to get cut. Really? 4 times? No one explained the possiblity of being injured!! That's not okay at all. We gave them good business, and the treatment received after my friend sustained several cuts was well below subpar!! smh Then I reached out to the owner and shared the photos with him. I received complete silence! Not a good look as a business owner. I'm very angry and disappointed that my friend was mishandled after being cut so many times by these professionals...... He never asked how my friend was doing even after I told him that she still experienced bleeding on her cuts a couple of days after receiving services here. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. Aibek is only about saving his reputation, not treating every customer like they matter. Real messed up! This happened 7 days ago, so he was not concerned.

I'm pretty sure he painted "gel remover" as the base coat instead of a proper base coat. the polish was peeling off with a black goo oozing out within 8 hours of getting my nails done. By the end of the week I had to remove polish off of 4 nails as they had all cracked and looked horrible. Very frustrating! I did not get the gel polish because I liked a terracotta colors that came in the Essie brand. My hands and feet turned out so pretty and I just found my newest favorite nail salon on the Westside. Friday nights around 5:30-6pm was the sweet spot time that changed my mind about patronizing this well established business. They have the usual pedicure chairs and you can get the volcano pedicure if you like which I usually do. They have 1 million kinds of gel nail polish and sparkles and colors and whatever you want they have it. The place is quite large and it is clean. There is nice clean bathrooms if you need it. They offer waxing and other services as well. If you call the day you want services you can get an appointment and then you don't have to wait, I have never had to wait regardless but you can also walk in. She's meticulous which makes my toesies clean & pretty. Walk ins are welcome but an appointment is recommended. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get a pedicure done. Not bad for $20 plus tip. I love the massage chair and the spa for my feet. I feel pampered when I go. What woman does not like pampering. They have a nice following which Is why an appointment is recommended. Most of their clientele are ladies from the neighborhood. Sometimes I do see men getting a pedicure. The parking lot gets packed when Fishweir Elementary lets out in the afternoon at 3, so be careful especially at these times. They're open 6 days a week. Ladies & gentleman lets get pampered!
