Danny did my pedicure. It was amazing! I didn't even have to say much besides that o wanted the shape straight/square. He trimmed the sides to get potential ingrown toenails on my big toes. First, my pedicure was fantastic. Mimi did a great job from start to finish and that part of my experience really provided an excellent start to my self care time. My manicure was MUCH to be desired. There was a language barrier and I'm also hard of hearing so I had a hard time understanding some of what was being said. The nail tech that did my manicure was obviously annoyed that I wanted tips added to my nails (they were uneven and I wanted uniformity). I asked a few time for them to be evened out more and match the length of my other nails. What I got was crooked and uneven nails. My cuticles were sanded off and surrounding skin that was dry was ignored even with some obviously rough spots. When I asked for lotion (that I was going to do myself) it was abundantly clear the nail tech turned to the one next to her and complained about me. I will only be going back for a pedicure and that experience is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. The manicure was much to be desired and I'm going somewhere else today to have them fixed. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure, wanting no color just the gel color removed and them shaped ,she explained to me for the basic pedicure it would be & $35.00 , then when I said I didn't want polish she said ok "then $45.00" .. huh? If it's $50 for a pedicure with gel? So you're gonna charge me $10 extra for getting no polish? Then I explained I have Venous insufficiency and it hurts when pressed is applied to my legs so I said my feet are fine to rub, what does she do? Rubs my legs so hard doesn't even touch my feet I was pretty much holding back tears , I made it very clear plus the guy next to me told her what I said in there language.. I'm 5'7 and she scooted me so close to her and expected me to hold my toes still as she was painting , not to mention I kept telling her the whole time that the balls in the massage chair were stabbing me in the back, she was pretty much done and the guy working next to her finally reset the chair as he could see me almost in tears. (Thank god for him) she was very pushy (like literally pushed me to the front of the store to pay) and would not take no for an answer. I'm sorry but it was horrible, it's been a rough week and this is not how I wanted to spend $50 and an hour of my day. ( yea I still tipped $5) she rolled her eyes and walked away. Went in because i wanted to get a pedicure as i was long overdue for some self care. First off, the place is beautiful and had a very relaxing vibe to it, and the majority of the technicians there were fri and nice. Unfortunately, the tech that i got is the reason for the 2 stars. She sat me down, and seemed nice at first, until she handed me the nail color book and i told her that i wanted clear nail polis, not a gel color. Immediately she got an annoyed look on her face, rolled her eyes, and then proceeded to not talk to me at all the entire rest of the time, just gestures. At the end, she didnt even walk me to the front for check out, i had to checkout with a different tech. When i got home, i noticed that my toe on my left foot was stinging and on closer inspection I saw that she had cut the nail so far down that she had actually cut my toe open. It was a nice place asthetic wise but I probably won't go back as the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I so wanted to love this nail spa that recently opened. The establishment wasn't crowded on 3/24. With no appointment, I was welcomed and led to get my paraffin gel pedicure started. Lola was very nice and even corrected my left toe the lighting device touched. What I didn't see was the other foot was messed up. For my dip powder I was led to a different nail tech. I noticed the dipping powder was a brand I've never had. I'm not sure if this is the issue but by day 4 I noticed two nails had cracks on top. Today it's starting to chip!Ive never seen this happen in 5 years of getting dipping powder or gel nails. Wasted time and money! Very disappointed. Nail tech was Lena. One star for everyone being friendly but a ZERO for the services provided. Hopefully this was an exception but I won't give it another try on my dime.
