So upset. I had a 1pm appt that I had to give them a credit card to hold. I got there at 12:50 and they didn't start on my nails until 1:20. I left at 2:40 and missed a meeting! On top of that, they cut my nails so short that now I'm embarrassed to have them seen at my meeting tomorrow. Came with my mom as a walk in on a Wednesday evening and had no issue getting seated ASAP! Family owned salon and the couple-owners were the sweetest. Absolutely so nice and so funny. There is a plastic cover separating you from the technician, very COVID-cautious, so that was awesome. (Plus they were both wearing masks) They do well to take their time and give great service. I did the #4 pedi with gel polish, and my mom did the #4 pedi as well - plus french tip mani. The massage and hot stone felt AMAZING. Our polishes came out so crisp and vibrant! I use to frequent this salon because they do a great job every single time BUT I ran into problems going here. If u want something other than a regular color such as Christmas designs they can't do it. They literally can only paint regular polish. I requested several times easy specific mail designs like marble tip which every salon I go to knows how to do!! Anyways not only that but they are rude and it's so boring in there, they only allow one at a time STILL.. I found a new salon on Collins by the Walmart and they r way better. This is a family owned business, operated by a friendly husband and wife. The wife's name is Ann and she always remembers your name when you walk in or call so it's very refreshing to get such an amazing hospitality for once in a nail salon. The husband is amazing at doing nails, he is very precise and takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect. one time i accidentally got nail polish on my jacket, the wife went above and beyond to clean it for me. It was not her job to do so, but she took my jacket and poured some acetone on it and rubbed it gently with a Q-tip for a while to avoid damaging it, and then she washed that area and even held it in front of a fan for a while to dry it before giving it back to me. I truly appreciate the kindness they showed me. I get off work late, and sometimes i could not make it on time to get my nails done, so Ann would tell me to come in, she will stay open later for me to make sure i am able to get my nails done. I would highly recommend this place. The chairs do not have plastic on them, and at first i did not feel comfortable getting a pedicure, so i asked them why they don't put plastic and exchange them out. She stated the customers preferred not having the plastic so they could enjoy the massage on their feet. She stated she has the plastic and would be more than happy to use it for me if that's what i prefer. So she was quite accommodating. read more

I just moved here from California and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. Like, literally stumble. I was on my way somewhere and made a wrong turn and decided that I needed my nails done anyway. Everyone here is super sweet! The pricing is VERY reasonable. Yesterday I got a regular pedicure, an acrylic fill with shellac on the top and my eyebrows waxed. The works right? It was only 54$ for ALL of it. I also bought the VIP package for an annual membership fee of $20 and you get 10% off your service every visit for a year, which for me pays for itself in 4 visits. Totally worth it! So it was 49$ for my service yesterday. I'm used to paying $60 and upwards to have all that done in Cali so I was pretty pleased. The quality is great! I've never had someone take as much time on my pedi as the tech for just a basic package. It's rare for me to settle on the first salon I try, but I will never go anywhere else now. I've been in Jacksonville for about two months and everything here lasts me about 3 weeks. Good quality, good service, IN LOVE! Give this place a try :) read more

She drew some stuff on my face, waxed, and then plucked them. They looked fine when I peeked in the mirror until I got home and saw that half of one of my eyebrows was gone. I happened to be on this side of town with some time to kill so I stopped into BT Nails for a manicure. I just got a basic manicure and it was pretty typical. The parking lot is really tiny and tight and the place is nothing to write home about but the service was fine. After the woman finished my manicure she had me dry them by using a small fan. I had no idea how long I was sitting there (if there's a clock up it was somewhere I couldn't see it) so I checked to see if my nails were try. They seemed fine so I started to reach into my bag. The woman who did my nails kind of chastised me for grabbing my stuff, which felt a little weird. I know she was just looking out for me but it was a bit awkward. A basic manicure was $12. No real complaints but also not a place I'd drive out of my way for with so many other options. read more

Welcomed with a smile right off the bat, offered a fan, a beverage, anything to make me comfortable. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Attacked my calluses like a true professional, and I'm a runner so that's no easy feat! Even gave me Nu Skin at no charge because I was a new customer. Nails looked great! ......for the first two days and started chipping. I have to say I was very satisfied with my pedicure and gel nail polish (I don't frequently get my nails or toes done) until only a few days later (and a friend who does nails told me the job was half a&$ done with the polish not even close to my cuticle). $60 not including tip and my entire polish has chipped away. My nail tips were a bit jagged but it wasn't too bad to complain about since they already had an irate customer in the salon. Will not be returning. read more

You can get a soda or water of choice and they will even provide you with a straw so your nails don't get messed up. So I usually go here bc its super close to base and the couple who run it are super sweet but recently I went and I got my nails done and at first I thought they were really really good but then by the time I got home my toenails, which I had gotten done, the nail polish seem to go doll and then with my nails I noticed that the very tips on a few of them were beginning to chip. The next day I went to work and I went to open up something and the middle finger and the pointing finger on my right hand completely just broke off and then my thumb nail on my right hand completely chipped I called them and I explained what happened so they told me to come in for free. When I get there she's like oh I thought it was for your toes and I was like no it's for my hand so she's like okay will since I told you it's free you won't have to pay this time but next time you come to have your nails done to fingers will be $16 each so I was like all right cool. He rushed my 3 nails and was done in about 15 or so mins. Then this morning I woke up and the nail that he had redone is already chipped. I love this place but I sadly will not be going back. After paying $102 plus a $10 tip and they are already chipping I am very disappointed. read more

I was very happy with the French gel manicure I received here. I wanted one because I had several big events coming up and wanted my hands to look nice in the photos. It's three weeks later and all but two of the nails still have polish on them --the manicure has really lasted. The couple working there have limited English; the man didn't seem to understand me at all. So it's difficult to communicate what you want. There was a woman getting a pedicure when I walked in and she appeared to be a regular customer and they were friendly with her.
