We ordered a couch/love seat combination that was on sale. There was only one gentleman working…read morethat day and they were busy. We were patient and he was apologetic. He stated one price was available and could be reserved but the other would have to be ordered. We should know within 7 days when it would be delivered. The delivery charge is $99. So if we had them deliver the loveseat and couch separately, it would have been 2 different delivery charges. So we decided to wait the 7 days. It was 14 days before we heard anything about the furniture. I called almost daily to check and they seemed agitated. However, I don't appreciate being told 7 days and it taking 14. By the time they finally got the furniture in, then it couldn't be delivered for another 5 days. I would recommend that if you purchase from them, if the items are not in stock, you may want to consider going somewhere else. The deliver guys were nice and cleaned up after themselves. The furniture is what we ordered and was in perfect condition. I'm giving them 3 stars due to the fact that I had to wait so long

My furniture came from them through a housing program. Two man delivery team were not getting…read morealong that day so they did not work as a team. Watched my Ashley sofa be carried and dragged by one person. Then in came the queen box spring and mattress by the other dude (not quite as pleasant). Both men struggled getting pieces through the standard size entry door. One pounded at the sofa arm with his fist... the other pulled, dragged and twisted at the bed frame and mattress.... no respect for the furniture. Biggest problem was the bed bug infested box spring. The bugs were all over my mattress quite quickly. I had to throw away bedding and spray the whole apartment. I took pictures of all my bites. Day two, even more bed bugs came out as I struggled with the mattress and box spring, all the way to the dumpster, alone. I still have the sofa but it's itchy. This was back in November of 2025 Disgusting.

DO not bother at or with this store, went to pick up our dresser we saw it had some scratches he said we can exchange or we can get a free side table . We took the side table bc it wasn't horrible when we got home and unwrap it we noticed the dresser was used had old hygiene supplies in it and broken in many different places(3 drawers).We call the next day they say ok we got u covered ordered a new one came a few days later , get there give the guy the broken one and he asks for the side table back ,I get it we got the side table bc we accepted the scratched dresser , but u would think giving us a used dresser, broken dresser and having to drive there 3 times they would give a discount or something for their mistakes. anyways we get the new one home and has some scratches and scrapes on so dresser . These dresser are extremely cheap for their price , I would have rather gotten something from ikea or Amazon it probably would have been cheaper, better quality ,came in good shape, not used and u can return if u do not like it !! I honestly do not know how this place is still open who can't return something they don't like ???

Ive already paid my credit card bill without ever jave had the chair in my posession. I was told it would take a week and that i could pick it up at the new location. Every week they have had a different excuse. FINALLY after 5 weeks i was told that I would be the 1st delivery of the day....today Its 4 pm and still no chair. They have a no refund policy so, i guess, can do whatever they want. I will NEVER do business with them ever again!!! If my chair doesnt arrive today, ill go pick the damn thing up myself in the morning... Not cool Fashion Home Furniture....shame on you!!!! Update....got my chair at 5:37 pm!!
