Have been going to other salons all over town and was never totally happy. Scheduled an appointment with Sherie and she made me look like a million bucks. I am a middle aged women and I have been getting compliments left and right. A friend of my even said I looked like a kid because I looked so much younger. I had the works cut, color and highlights. This has been the nicest my hair has looked and I was going to high priced salons before. Everyone was friendly, greeted me when I can in and ofter me a beverage. It was a Thursday afternoon and they were quite busy. To sum it up I would recommend that you give them a try they seem to know what they are doing. Yes, I was there a little longer for my hair but my highlights look very natural and yes it was a little more costly. But you know that old saying you get what you pay for, so true. Kristin C is the best colorist in Michigan. I came to her with extremely damaged hair from a different salon and she did an entire color correction on me and restored my dried out, over processed hair. I left with the most beautiful color I have ever had, a bangin' haircut that I am obsessed with, and a covergirl blowdry. I am eternally grateful to her. She is nice, knowledgable and doesnt push any unnecessary products or try to upcharge. She simply works her magic. I was looking for a change, so I purchased a Groupon for a cut and color. I was able to make an appointment quickly, and was scheduled to be with Mandy. The salon was clean and tastefully decorated, and I was greeted promptly and offered coffee or water. Within 5 minutes, Mandy greeted me and took me back to her chair to discuss my needs. She decided upon a color and within minutes she returned and applied the color. After processing, Mandy gave me a very stylish haircut. The entire appointment took less than two hours, and I was very pleased with the results. I booked a follow up appointment with Mandy, and can't wait to return for a color refresh and haircut. my experience at Antoine Salon was great!!!! My stylist moved to that salon, so i was a little bit hesitant on walking in. Walking in to this salon, everyone greets you with such great big smiles and friendly attitudes. In this salon its always about pleasing the client. I got my eye brows micro-bladed by Erseila and have also received eye lash extensions from her in the past. I must say that out of all the salons I've been too, this one is the most sterile atmosphere and along with the cleanliness, the artistry is impeccable! I was very nervous trying a new salon because of a bad experience with my previous salon but WOW. I was booked with Farah and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!!! Her blow-outs are super voluminous and bouncy, she takes her time and makes sure every strand is treated with care. I've followed Sherie from 3 different salons over the years. My husband and son both love her, too, and my daughter who lives in Atlanta actually has her hair cut when she's home. I've just started having my nails done by Erseila. My nails were seriously damaged by a manicurist at a different nail salon so I was a bit gun-shy about having them done. I went to Antoine's for the first time a few weeks back. I had the owner do my hair. I was taken back 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. He was rude and texted constantly throughout my haircut. He spoke to his employees super rude. I asked for a trim and he cut 3 inches. $165 for color and hair cut (no highlightes). Antoine has been cutting and styling my hair for 25 years. I never leave his chair without others asking me who cut it for weeks. Proof of his skill is that it can grow out for a month or two without loosing it's great shape. That's real value.
