Food was great! Quesadilla was our fav but burritos were also delicious. Catch them at New Belgium and enjoy a beer with your food.

It has a good, casual vibe. We ordered the chips and salsa which came with two types of salsa; a green and red one. Both salsas had a little kick to them, but not overly spicy. For our main entrees, we ordered the tacos al carbon. It's 3 tacos with your choice of meat (steak, steak diablo, pastor, carnitas, and chicken), one side, and some chips. I ordered 3 steak tacos and beans as my side. The beans were flavorful and the perfect portion. The tacos were filling; I only ate one and took two home for later, but could've been that I was already full off of the chips and salsa :) The horchata was one of my favorite parts of the meal. It's so good! I'd go there just for the horchata. I wish they had other aquas frescas, but the horchata alone is worth the visit. They also have a variety of Jarritos and bottled sodas like Mexican Coca Cola so plenty of drink options. I'll need to come back to try out their margs and other alcoholic drinks. We also got the churros to go. It came with 4 churros, caramel sauce, and a scoop of ice cream. The churros are served warm and go perfectly with the creamy ice cream.

The steak Diablo is decent. The food i got last night was so insanely salty that it was inedible. It was also missing the usual ingredients that come with the tacos. The real kicker is how expensive it is. So we got a quesadilla w beans and rice which came out to $18 and 3 tacos with extra meat, flour tortilla, and beans+rice which came out to $27. Absolutely insane. But then the girl at the counter had the audacity to tell me I didn't order it correctly and they didn't uncharge me enough... so we're the 3 tacos supposed to be $30+?????? What a disgrace. Just find a taco truck in town

In the midst of brewery hopping we needed a little sustenance. Chefrey's Cheesesteaks was parked on…read morethe New Belgium grounds, which we quickly spotted to place an order. Known for their cheesesteaks and loaded fries, I opted for an order of the Andy Chuck's Steak Tots which featured seasoned grilled steak, peppers, onions stacked on top of 1/2 lb of tots (fries or chips are also available) smothered with melted cheese. What's not to love? After discovering they were out of fries and tots, we settle on the same order, but over chips. What I did not expect was tortilla chips, creating more of a cheesesteak nachos style, but the chips made for a good crunch and not the typical soggy mess that tends to happen with smothered fries or tots. I was a little disappointed in the steak and cheese though, as the steak was chopped fine with the consistency of ground beef and the cheese wasn't freshly melted cheese, but more of a queso base cheese. Portion was pretty small for $12, but gave us just the amount of light sustenance we needed before making our way to another brewery. When stumbling upon this truck again, I think I'll stick to trying one of their sandwiches.

I had the chilly Philly cheese steak and WOWZA....it was the most flavor packed spicy deliciousness of all times.
