It's about a 10-minute drive from the Strip, and I appreciated that they gave an estimated pickup time -- that was awesome. The place looks family-owned, nice and clean, and the hospitality from the staff was top-tier. Now for the burritos We ordered the El-Trio and the Bacon Burrito, and my goodness... these things are HUGE (and the prices is beyond reasonable). We split the bacon burrito between my wife and my high school athlete of a son (who usually eats everything but the kitchen sink), and he only made it through half of the El-Trio! That should tell you something. The burritos were flavorful and packed with meat. The potatoes were seasoned and cooked perfectly, which is such a plus. Honestly, by far the best breakfast burrito I've had. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my bacon burrito had rice and beans in it, and that wasn't mentioned online. I'm not a fan of rice and beans in a breakfast burrito, so I wish I had known beforehand. Outside of that, please give this place a visit -- definitely a must-try. Sorry, no picture... we started digging in as soon as I opened the bag

During the day you might need to place your order by a stand by the entrance to the kitchen. After a few trips here since my last review I have to admit that this place is HIT or MISS. Honest it is like two different restaurants are in this one spot. All of my lunch visits were horrible. We've experienced the worst service ever and subpar foods. On my last visit we were the only customers in the dining room and we were too much trouble for our server to handle. It took her 25-30 minutes to serve us beverages and chips and salsa. When our meals finally arrived the meats were all dried out and tough in all of the tacos. My salad came out without dressing too. At the same time they had a few to go orders going on and all the people returned their food and asked for their money back. This is so tragic. We previously enjoyed the food and service here our last few dinners. The young male server gives outstanding service and so far the food has also always been good-great at dinner time. Lunch time visits were another story. On both lunch time visits we had female servers that have a language barrier and are not service people. They brought us subpar food too unlike what we tried here at dinner time. I am being generous leaving Asada three stars. I hope it's not too late for improvement. Hit or Miss

We called in our order and it was ready in about 15 min. Don't forget to order a large horchata. You haven't lived until you tried it from this place! I can't even describe it to you. Just try it. Perfection.

Fortunately for my…read morewaistline, Martin and Evelyn's taco truck isn't near my house, because if it were, I'd be a Grande Gordo in no time. I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

The carne lacked char, and was thickly diced. The pastor did not come with pineapple, and had a slightly chewy texture. The tortillas for the sopes were pretty good though. I thought they had a next bite to them, but the chicken that I ordered with them was very dry, and again lacked flavor. They were loaded with fresh cilantro, red onion, beans, queso fresco, and crema. My girlfriend really enjoyed your tripa tacos, but also stated that her asada taco was flavorless. Additionally, the salsa had no spice or flavor whatsoever. To end on a good note, the horchata here was particularly good. Probably one of the better horchatas in Vegas. - The service I had was also very subpar. The lady at the service window did not greet us when we walked up, and was not diligent or attentive when taking our order. - Finally, I'm really not sure if it was the truck or the area, but it smelled really bad. I was concerned that something was wrong, because it smelled almost like sewage (which it very well could have been, considering this is a food truck in a parking lot.) there's no seating, and they give you a buzzer to wait in your car for your food, which is a nice touch. Ultimately, I wish I could say I was happy I tried this place, but I did not enjoy it, and wish I would have taken my money elsewhere.
