I was in Vegas for two days, and I ended up having dinner there both nights. The food was fresh and flavorful, the portion sizes were generous, and the restaurant was clean and very well maintained. The service was exceptional as well. I was helped by a young woman at the counter who was kind, respectful, and very helpful. She recommended one of the bowls to me, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Vegas

I thought we'd start off by sharing the Pani Puri Appetizer because they usually are the most delicious appetizers in Indian Restaurants. They weren't made to their description on menu or even the way pani puri are in every Indian restaurant anywhere. On Hummus Club's own menu they say that the pani puri are suppose to be filled with potatoes, chick peas and onions. Ours weren't filled with that and instead had cabbage, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and tamarind sauce. The water on the side to fill them was much thinner and less herbed than I ever had anywhere else. The biggest fault might have been my husband's build your own bowl. All the food was barely warm and bordered on being cold. I don't know if the equipment is not functioning correctly or possibly they set up in a hurry and just didn't heat up the food? Either way this is a problem. I tried the chicken tikka masala bowl. It was suppose to be served with yellow rice but they gave me white rice. This bowl was made fresh and wasn't the best but was a lot better than my husband's bowl. They also only had one person working. She made the appetizer after our bowls. If they couldn't put something in a dish that should be in a dish (pani puri missing potatoes and chic peas ) I would understand if someone cared to take the time to say something to me.

Crumbly and dry with the same taste and ingredients as the pancakes. These are not homemade. Bacon was rubbery and chewy. I tend to like my bacon crispy to the bite. I keep forgetting to request it that way, doh! Although, I honestly feel this is low quality bacon....just saying. All in all, I feel the service and ambiance is there but for this meal itself seems to fall short, especially, for the price. Now I know why I see mailers for this place every month since this place can get spendy! This meal cost over $21 without beverage (I got water), a bit too steep in my honest opinion considering other available options. That's including the sales tax (of course) and a tip. I don't normally look at my receipt but for some reason did on this night. On the receipt they AUTOMATICALLY added a "staff tip." We were not given an option to include one it was automatically added at the rate of 22%. In the totals line it is shown as a SERVICE CHARGE. The explanation in the receipt states as follows: ' Service Charge? This is not an additional fee, the total here is the tip you gave to the team." Shouldn't I as the customer be given the option to provide a tip if I choose to do so? This is automatically added and I bet most people don't even bother to check that it was added. There was no service provided. I was unable to dine inside the restaurant so I'm not sure why this is automatically added. I'm now curious if they do this at all locations or just this one. So let this be a BEWARE to their customers. They also had a TIP cup out as well. I was curious if this was also applied to drive thru orders so I went thru and purchased an item to see. I was not charged an AUTOMATIC TIP going thru the drive thru. I wonder if this is an option the cashier pressed or is it done automatically for all orders. Terrible experience at Panera Bread…read more I ordered a chicken asiago bagel with extra chicken but got a spicy steak sandwich instead--and was still charged for the extra chicken. When I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes. The manager, Natalie, asked for my card number and started repeating it out loud. When I asked her not to, she became rude and laughed. I went in person to fix it, and she falsely accused me of taking a photo of her and refused to give me a refund. Completely unprofessional.
