This little taco truck gets BUSY - And for good reason! Antonio's has the best Birria I have had, and my husband is quite fond of the Birria Ramen! The chicken tacos are really good, too, as well as the beans and rice that come with the combos. I love that everything is made fresh and with high-quality ingredients! The covered waiting/dining area is really great, and there's pagers that let you know when your food is done. It is located on a busy road, so you have the vehicle bouse when you're waiting, but the wait usually isn't long. The outdoor seating area is very cute. I am always greeted with a smile from a very kind man, so it is safe to say the food isn't the only reason I keep going back. The service makes it even better, if that is even possible! read more

Everything I hoped for. I have been seeing more and more videos of birria tacos... I found it. Holy smokes. Amazing. By far the greatest plate of tacos I've had in a long time. My family ordered a couple other things, they all enjoyed too. This though is about my birria tacos. Thank you. Amazing. Only down side is they forgot the german cookies we paid for in my order. One of the best tacos I've had around Boise area! I do think Boise/ Meridian has pretty good Mexican food options in comparison to other cultural cuisines but even considering that I thought it was very good. I was craving birria tacos which doesn't seem to be offered commonly around here. Their birria taco combo comes with two birria tacos that are properly slightly crispy with rice and beans--yum! I actually thought their consommé is not as greasy or thick as I've seen before which I may prefer?? Maybe. But anyway to say it's not saying good or bad just an observation. I've driven by Antonio's cool food truck at least 30 times before & today was the 1st time I've ever stopped! My 3 sons & I decided to pick up dinner for our family of 6 so we ordered 2 Birria Taco Specials, 2 Carne Asada Platters, 1 Birria Ramen, & 3 chicken & carnitas tacos. I've read the other Yelp reviews so I've been dying to try the Birria tacos dipped in magical broth...and they were SO SO incredibly good!! Thank God we ordered 2 platters because I was not about to share mine! My boys loved their tacos & carne asada & the warm guacamole was especially delicious!! I was excited when we saw Birria Ramen on the menu for my non-street-taco eating (hard to imagine, I know) & he absolutely loved it! He also asked if we can go again this weekend?
