First time ordering a white veggie pizza,it was not fully cooked. Tasted soggy and raw. Only thing brown was the crust itself. Veggies were cooked but I think may have been the over abundance of the white sauce,too much too thick,so the bottom crust was pretty bad. Ordered a large pizza with a side that is called, on their menu, "1 POUND OF FRIES" When I got home, there was the pizza box and 1 extra container which contained the fries. For a chain pizza joint, this one is great! We recently ordered pizza for a family function and needed a gluten-free option. We tried their cauliflower crust pizza which was awesome. In fact, those of my family who don't have a restricted diet preferred the cauliflower crust over the regular and we were all competing for the last few slices. Here's to hoping that over expansion hasn't killed the brand, but, I believe it has or the staff at this location isn't staying true to the brand. Twice in a month, I stopped to grab a pizza from this location to eat as I was driving back to work in Buffalo (yes, a city that knows pizza and chains don't really exist) and the taste just isn't the same nor the customer service. Customer service - a bunch of local kids just making a buck, no personality, no skills, not the same Antonio's experience that either the original Parma location gives or Copley. The last guy could barely speak in full sentence's nor thank me. Away, went that tip. Taste - if this location is indicative, the taste is not the same as the original location nor Copley. It was pretty much a bland, tasteless, doughy pizza, not baked to my instructions, well done. Not worth the price, quality or quantity. I ordered online delivery, and was quick. The rustic pizza crust was deflated and hard cracker-like, does not look like the picture on their online menu. The Sicilian pizza was pretty good, the crust is a fluffy greasy pan pizza similar to pizza hut , and I really liked the sauce. I would get the Sicilian pizza again. The garden salad was not bad, the italian dressing was too sweet for us tho. The italian sub should be called a banana pepper sub, because that's mainly what it is comprised of, and onion/grape tomatoes. We had this pizza for a Girls Weekend. They delivered to our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg.) We got the Pepperoni Trio and added banana peppers which everyone loved. In fact on the box it said it was voted #1 pizza in Cleveland. I would get that again. However, their deep dish Chicago style pizza w/sausage and pepperoni was just okay, and not near as good as Giordanis. I would buy from this place again. read more

Having a special event, ordered catering per person which we have used in the past, but was told we were 2 MINUTES outside their range now. NO delivery even with a $600.00 order. We arranged for someone to pick up. Chicken was cold and had pieces that weren't completely cooked, limp bread sticks and we didn't receive the green beans that was part of the order or utensils that we were told would come with it. Their pizzas are great, and a lot of different specialties to choose. I really was surprised that their wings are comparable to some of the fantastic wing places that I go to! Their antipasto and yes, even their greek salads are top notch. And the broiled chicken is a must! Delicious food! Can be a one stop store, which I usually make it my one stop store! 3/31/18 This is the second time I've tried one of their Sicilian pizzas. They are literally the best pizzas I've found that can be delivered to my house. The California Sicilian Supreme is my favorite, but the Portobello Palermo is also over the top delicious. They are very thick, have a buttery crust and are loaded with flavor. read more

The last 4 orders were lousy. 1 undercooked 2 burnt to the point of throwing them out and yesterdays 1:40 minute delivery for a completely inedible cold pizza is enough. I was looking for takeout pizza better than one of the bigger chains (P Hut, Domino's, Papa John's) but was pretty disappointed overall with Antonio's. I got a large specialty pizza and a pound of hot wings for $30. Could've gotten the same quality at any one of the aforementioned chains at half the price. The Pizza: 3 stars The Dolce Picante (Sweet & Spicy) "Our sweet sicilian sauce topped with our special blend of provolone cheese, old world pepperoni, spicy italian sausage, finished with a garlic romano crust." I had pretty high hopes for this pie after reading the description. I would recommend ordering well-done/thin crust because it was too rubbery and doughy for me. The toppings were decent, most notably the spicy Italian sausage. But again, you'll get similar quality at a big chain. The Wings: 0 stars I don't expect a pizzeria to always have bomb wings, but if it's on the menu I expect them to be an OK compliment to the pizza. These were honestly worse than store-bought wings. They tasted like they had been microwaved and then just drenched in a liquid-like hot sauce. You have an oven - use it. I want at least some crisp to my wings, but these, like the pizza were severely undercooked. I'm also not sure why they use pounds as the metric rather than actual number of wings. This "pound" was 10 wings, so at almost a dollar/wing I'm expecting so much more than the trash they're passing off as wings. Ranch/bleu cheese is not included ($0.35). Overall: 2 stars Below average quality at an outrageous price point. Let me start off by saying that the hubby considers himself a pizza connoisseur. Antonio's pizza is the only other pizzeria he will eat compared to his beloved Angelo's in Lakewood, Ohio. We usually go to the Antonio's pizzeria in Solon, but he is so happy they opened one up in Macedonia. Who is writing these awful ratings for Antonio's? Their pizza is delic and the only brand will we eat now. Ingredients are really fresh, dough is nice consistency and just a touch of yeast flavor, and cheese is high quality. There sauce is OK, but we usually order Alfredo or Garlic/Oil because it is better. All in all you can't get a better pizza. We normally use Antonio's in Macedonia. Used to be good pizza and service and we ordered 2-3 times a month. Lately half cooked pizzas. Our Order of 8/19/19 was shorted a few items on the order, so I called and spoke with a manager. He said all he could do is sent us a gift card to use on our next order.
