Fettuccine, Mushroom and Clam with a light butter sauce

One word for the food at Casa D'Angelo's... "DELICIOSO!!" When my husband and I visit Ohio we always have to dine at Casa D'Angelo's. We usually dine with family and on the night before we head home. We love the dining atmosphere. The service is great, and the food is phenomenal. We can't say enough about this place. We've had many visits and we've always had a great experience!! I had the fettuccine with mushroom and clams, you can either order it with a light butter sauce or the lightly spicy marinara sauce... I prefer the light butter sauce. My husband had the gnocchi with marinara sauce, very tasty, Everything on the menu is good and authentic!! The place is pretty busy even on a weekday, if you have to wait a bit, it's very worth the wait!!

A fairly decent Italian place in Macedonia, this was a good choice for dining with family. The meals are filling and authentic. The veal is tender, pounded correctly and served in a variety of sauces. I has the saltimbocca which was fairly sage forward and would have benefited from a less heavy hand. Mom had piccata and enjoyed it as well. Skip the garlic cheese bread, not worth the price and not well executed. The potato gnocchi was satisfying as well. Our server was attentive and kept the beverages full.

Stopped on a recent Saturday night around 6:30. Did not have a reservation but only had to wait about 15 minutes. Restaurant is located in a fairly generic strip center right off 271. I had the veal parm, wife had the veal piccata. Dinner came with some decent bread. Portion sizes were more than generous, priced very reasonably. I had a pre-dinner Manhattan that was ok, nothing special. Food was very solid. Good, not great. Since we had never been there before we didn't know what to expect. Place was more than active....seemed like a lot of regulars. Bar area also seemed very busy. Waiting area is small, so between people picking up food to take out and those waiting for a table, there was plenty of jockeying around. They also seemed to be well-staffed. No service issues of any kind. Maybe even a bit to quick. Overall ambiance was ok. Maybe a bit tired. Walls were lined with old, what appeared to be family wedding photos. I found that kind of interesting. A solid experience, maybe if it were closer I would be inclined to visit more.

From the moment you walk in, the service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You're not treated like just another order--you're treated like family. It's the kind of place where people remember you, take pride in what they do, and make sure you leave happy every single time. The atmosphere is unlike any typical pizza place--and that's exactly what makes it special. The walls are filled with music and sports memorabilia, fun knick-knacks, and personal touches everywhere you look. It has a clean, cozy, lived-in feel that tells you this place has history, heart, and personality. Nothing sterile or cookie-cutter here--just character, stories, and a lot of soul. Now let's talk about the food... especially the white pizza. It is hands-down my favorite--absolute perfection. The flavor is incredible, it's rich without being heavy, and somehow it's just as amazing cold as it is hot (which is saying a LOT). I've had plenty of pizza over the years, but Russo's white pizza is on a whole different level. And if you've ever been to one of their Super Bowl parties, you already know--tons of food, great energy, and an atmosphere that feels more like a big family gathering than a restaurant event. Russo's Pizza isn't just a place to eat--it's a place to hang out, feel at home, and enjoy seriously good food made by people who care. Highly recommend, especially if you love white pizza as much as I do. Amanda Greene

I finally came here with some friends for the first time. We made reservations on a Monday because it's half price wine. Which is a pretty good deal. They have a nice wine list. I looked over the menu here on Yelp first so I kinda knew the options. Pasta is one of the most economical options. I do know they make their own. Which means cost is probably higher. But over $20 a plate for pasta is kinda crazy to me. All prices are over $20 a plate. Including pizza's. So this is not a casual dinner night in my mind. It is a 1x or 2x a year place. Because you know your bill is going to be high. We got the cheese sticks. They were good. Again looked homemade. The sticks were good. I got the eggplant, and someone got the cavatelli and meatballs, pasta pomodoro with meatballs and another eggplant. The eggplant comes With pasta side. Salad is extra. We did not get. They were pretty crowded for a Monday and it took a bit for our food. But we weren't in a huge hurry. So that is fine. It came out hot and was pretty good. Lots of cheese. Sauce is kinda bland if I am being honest. Very tomato forward with not a lot of other flavor except garlic. Oh this place loves garlic. The bread and the dipping sauce at the table are loaded with it. I am not a big garlic person so I did not touch it. But if you think Italian food should have a ton of garlic then this is for you. Work on your other flavor profiles as well in your sauce not just garlic. Server was very friendly and attentive. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. The place is small but fits people well. Decorated for Christmas nicely. Overall I guess it was just OK. Nothing blew me away. It was good. Not great. For the price I want great. Money is tight and a fancy Italian dinner at $70+ bucks a couple should be great. Maybe I am antiquated in my thoughts but that's a lot of money for pasta so it should be great. Probably not a repeat for me. Again. I know this is popular with rave reviews. For me just ok. I can spend $70+ bucks and get an outstanding meal worth that price. Just OK.

I always seek out the locally owned, non-chain spots with a lot of cars in the parking lot when not in a familiar place, and Glenwillow fit the bill. We walked in and were a little surprised by how fancy the dining room was - white tablecloths and a very nice ambiance, I almost felt underdressed - but there were guys in work uniforms at a table, and we made our way to the equally impressive bar area. I can only speak to the lunches we had and what we saw some out of the kitchen, but I'd love to go back for a dinner date. Lobster bisque was delicious and came in a large bowl. We both had salads, he the greens and I the Caesar "side" salads. They were huge - these weren't the lunch menu salads, mind you - just supposed sides. I'm not sure I could've eaten anything other than soup with a salad that size! We saw burgers (also massive) and "Flatbreads" that were more the size of a medium pizza delivered to the patrons around us and all appeared excellent. Definitely recommend for lunch, and hope to experience a dinner there soon!

In the past year, their food service has tanked. Every time we go there and order any type of food, it takes 45-60 minutes for it to come out of kitchen.
