We ordered a large and small pizza to go. One was pepperoni and the other was buffalo chicken. Both very yummy!!

Have been inside the dining room a few times, and honestly am not crazy about their service model. Place was a bit expensive as well. We went to the bar though a few weeks ago and enjoyed it, during the bar visit we had a good chat with the bartender and he recommended trying the steak panini. I decided to give it a try to go this nite- got the double meat and fries- it was like $14. Pretty good deal for what I got. I would have preferred some real mozz or provolone melted on the sandwich more then the spread they used, but in general I was pleased and woudl probably go back and try it again (but ask for melted provolone or mozz on it) or try a different panini. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas a few nights ago...a Hellboy (hot honey and pepperoni) in a small Detroit style with portobello mushrooms and pepperoni. The picture showed these huge portobello, mushrooms and loads of pepperoni and of course, the hard baked crust around the edges, which is what makes the Detroit style so good. When we got at home and opened the box instead of big portobello mushrooms are with these little shreds of I guess burnt portobello mushrooms and just a few pieces of pepperoni but the most disappointing part was the crust. It was soggy and tasteless. It was absolutely the worst Detroit style pizza I ever had. I realize anybody can have a bad day so I did contact them via Customer Service site on their website and wrote about my experience. I never heard anything back from them. I've been going to Antonio's for years going all the way back to the original Antonio's in Parma however, I don't think I would go there anymore. It's almost like they don't care. read more

The variety of pizza is impressive, though I always go with the thick square Sicilian. Quality is always good, and I'd also recommend their bruschetta. The pesto is great and it's a bit lighter than regular pizza. The real deal here is the FRIED CHICKEN. It is *fantastic*. They call it "broasted", some kind of broiler-roaster cooking process that keeps the chickens exceptionally moist and juicy, while the crust is perfectly seasoned and always extra crispy. Both pizzas were raw so i called to tell them and spoke to the manager who apologize, told me he'd refund my money and send me 2 gift cards. Well, guess what never happened. Used to be awesome - but severely cutting back on quality - while raising prices - Meatballs are half the size they were, no more garlic bread with expensive pasta dinners, minimal sausage on pizza - even when paying extra for sausage. Just ordered take out, was talked into paying to have it delivered, was quoted 30-40mins and waited an hour to not have our full order. Tried Antonio's last night for the first time in probably 7-10 years. They had an interesting looking pizza on their menu and I wanted to try it. Bad idea. I placed the order online about 3 hours before the requested delivery time. The order arrived on time. Sadly, they screwed up the order, which is certainly understandable as they ONLY had 3 hours to make sure it was right. Not only was the order messed up, it arrived almost cold. It was inedible without reheating. Again, understandable, because we're all of 2.5 miles away from the store. Yes, I get they have multiple stops, but can they do NOTHING to keep food at least a little bit warm? So, we spent $27.00 on crap. No thanks. Antonio's; time to take a serious look at your reviews here and understand you have a PROBLEM. Ordered a salad & pasta for delivery to my hotel room The salad was okey a lot of discolored pieces ( lettuce was brown not all but enough to notice ) For a family owned businesses for 50 plus years I would have thought dressing would be homemade .... it was not... definitely jugged dressing The rigatoni & meatballs where flavorless.... There was hardly any sauce on the pasta.... it was not good at all the little sauce that was on the pasta was very bland and watery The meatballs where terrible.... flavorless is an understatement The garlic bread tasted like buttered bread .... no garlic flavor at all Also when I ordered I let the gal know I was at a hotel I would have thought a fork would have been included it was not nor any napkins or parmigiana for pasta Bill was $22 bucks I handed the delivery kid $40 and he asked if I wanted change ? Lol. Yes I would like change please I gave him $8 bucks Worse $22 bucks I've spent at a restaurant in some time I get times are tough ..... but come on I can't be the only one that thinks this I'll be coming through this neck of the woods again and will take a big pass on Antonio's Waste of money in my opinion read more

This is one of the better pizza places in the area. The fresh, daily made crust really makes the pizza. The fried chicken is also very good. Very little breading on the chicken and the flavor is great. The fried chicken comes with jojos. I am not a fan of their salad dressing and in my opinion I can go without eating their salad. Once in a while I treat my family to Antonio's pizza (Sicilian) because it is so good. This time, even though the service and delivery was spot on (during the height of covid they usually forgot to deliver an item), the size of the pizza was smaller than I recall and the taste was not the same. The Sicilian pizza is usually thicker (crust higher). We also had the Antonio's salads which were good, but the pepperoni was not crispy. The nuggets were the same, but the dipping sauce tasted different. It just wasn't like it used to be. I'm giving it a three because of the correct delivery, but the food was not supper yummy. Went to pick up for lunch, read the delivery reviews so ....... ordered the large Supreme. I'm not a fan of pizza by the slice but there were a fair amount of people that came in and ordered it while I waited, they were in and out quickly. The waiting are could use some TLC (kept cleaner). The gentleman that took my order was friendly and definitely had a passion for Pizza:). The pie looked great. There were 3 of us and we had left overs. The taste was above average and I would definitely recommend. I did not like the 16 cut vs an 8 cut, yes Pie cut for those that care:). I would say even during lunch hour it was only about a 15 minute wait. Located in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. read more

Never had an Antonio's antipasto salad I didn't like until my most recent visit yesterday at Antonio's Broadview Heights on Royalton Rd. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. At first glance, it looked fine, but under the toppings was a bed of rotten wilted lettuce. I ended up throwing half of it out. At $12.00 this is a real shame. To make matters worse, the wait time was terrible. "Promised" time according to the bill printout was 40 minutes (which I was never alerted to). Turned out to be closer to 50 min for the aforementioned rotten wilted salad And small pizza. I never received a text or email notification as promised when ordering online. Think twice before ordering here. I won't be returning to this location again. read more

The only reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is because the food is actually delicious! Should you by chance have it arrive in a timely manner and still be warm. The first time we ordered from Antonio's it was 15 minutes later than the time they said it would arrive. I get it, not enough drivers, logistics...whatever. However when it happens EVERY TIME YOU ORDER just go somewhere else. There are plenty of pizza places in North Royalton/Broadview Heights that are just as good and are timely. Currently they are 45 minutes late. I have called the restaurant to have them brush me off and say "they'll be there." Who does that? read more

This review is strictly based on service as the pizza is usually yummy (still not as good as the Parma location of course but that's hard to do). I walked in today to pick up my order that I placed online and was informed that they forgot to make one of the pizzas and asked if I wanted to wait for it... What other option did I have but to wait? There was no apology and no discount but I sat and patiently waited for my pizza. When the manager came to give me my new pizza, he did not apologize either but instead told me they had a lot of new help for the holidays. He forgot my garlic bread and seemed baffled when I asked for it... He said they must have made a new one so that it wasn't cold (which is a really nice thought but now my other pizzas were getting cold waiting for the bread). I understand mistakes happen, which is why I was fine with waiting, but I certainly think an "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way! read more

Called in an order and was told 25-30 minute pick up time, which was no problem. My husband arrived after 25 minutes, paid, and stood there waiting another 35 minutes for our food to be ready. There was no offer of a discount or refund, and barely an apology. All this after numerous issues ordering via the Antonio's app and them getting it wrong every time. Great selection of specialty pizzas that you probably won't find anywhere else "spinach artichoke pizza!! " really extensive menu too as far as wings, subs, salads, desserts, etc. So far everything I've had was pretty good after a handful of visits. read more

I will start this off by saying I love Antonios Pizza in general, with that being said, some of the locations such as this one fail to meet the standard that is delivered at say their Parmatown location. When I first wrote my review I failed to realize this. Since then the quality at this particular Antonios has been so bad I stopped being a patron. I called to complain and was supposed to be added to the coupon list and never was. I ordered twice since then. Prior to tonight, I had not ordered from there for the better part of a year however tonight I got the itched for a Deep Dish. Once again this location failed to deliver. The food arrived and appeared to be warm however mushrooms and onions were not fully cooked and were chewy. You have to get a slice of their sausage pizza and the famous Antonio's salad, loaded with mozzarella cheese and toasted pepperoni on top. I've ordered takeout twice here and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The crust was perfect and the sauce was plentiful and not too sweet. I believe they have seating inside, but it is clearly a pizza place you should deliver/carry out from because of the size. It shouldn't be a surprise to the previous reviewer that they don't have a restroom. I'll update if something slips in the service but so far Antonio's has my business! read more

And if I could give it "0 stars" I would because it doesn't even desrerve the 1 it make you give. But this was probably the worst spaghetti I've ever eaten. It was watery, overcooked, and had barely any sauce. I ordered online and when my food arrived they forgot the rest of my my order. So obviously I called and informed the manager. Well after another almost 40 minutes of waiting they delivered the rest of my order (italiano nuggets) and I had asked for a few sides of sauce along with that because my meal had none. I tried to use a coupon for a large 3 topping pizza for pick up, but only wanted one topping. The girl on the phone sounded happy to tell me I could not use the coupon. When I arrived at the store I asked for 2 additional toppings on the side, banana peppers, they advised I could not use the coupon because the topping was not on the pizza (but we're able to charge me). The MGR was able to override. After 45 minutes of waiting ( when quoted 30), they gave me the pizza without the additional toppings. I walked back into the store and asked for the toppings. The girl behind the counter could have just turned around and handed them to me. Instead, she waited on 2 customers. Aweful experience. read more
