Let me start by saying that i love this place. Their food, their attitude and atmosphere here is awesome. I lucked out today, i ordered a full sheet and an order of a large calzone and 2 cokes. At some point it seemed like a customer cancelled an order of 36 wings and they were already made and hot. Rather than let them go to waste the gentleman asked if i would like them on the house. Of course, i accepted and for that customer that cancelled, you missed out on some very meaty delicious wings. In total i paid about $60 for my order and i will do so again because the quality of their food was worth it. Ive paid $70 plus at dominoes for little caesar levels of food. Not cracking on little caesars since we grew up with it but iykyk. You pay for quality here and you get just that, now i know why the locals say they are consistent with how good their pizzas are. These guys are polite, and the prices are fine. The sauce on the (square) pizza, however, is so sweet that it could be considered a dessert. If you check out my reviews, you'll see that I've sampled pizzas in more than one state and more than one country, including Italy. I've sampled many types of crusts and sauces. While the crust here is fine (not the best), the sauce is repulsive. My daughter said "Dad, this area is heavily populated with people from Eastern Bloc countries," to which I responded "If they like their pizza sweet, so be it. But I certainly don't." I understand that there are plenty of pizza styles, including the Greek version, which includes cinnamon on occasion. Yuck. This place is called Napoleon's Pizza, and they claim to conquer pretty much everything, from your pizza craving to the whole town of Parma. Indeed, Napoleon was an Italian dude who was born in France. His conquering skills were excellent, until his greed resulted in the deaths of thousands of soldiers who froze to death. All of that to say, I might've named this place Napoli's Pizza (since Napoli is the birthplace of the pizza we know today). But the sweet sauce here is an abomination, so maybe 'Napolean's' is more appropriate after all. read more

It been quite a while since I had ordered from here. I ordered a large pepperoni./sausage, pizza with light sauce, and a small Napoleon salad. The delivery was fast and the driver, friendly and followed instructions.. The salad was pretty good. The pizza had been left in maybe too long, so a bit overdone, and more sauce than I had asked for . The sausage was OK but very large chunks and only a minimal amount of pepperoni. The taste of the sauce was ok, but crust was very thick and chewy. read more

I got the Chicago pizza and loved it! You have the option to "sauce it up" for free, so I got 3x pizza sauce. The Chicago pizza isn't cheap ($22) but it lasts a good 4 meals for me. They include 3 toppings for no extra charge and a pound of cheese. The crust tasted fresh and I really enjoyed the meal. I'll definitely be back! Note: There is no seating, this is strictly a takeout/delivery joint. It's also a mom and pop style restaurant which is a welcome relief to all the generic chain pizza places. read more

Food is amazing and service is always a top notch! They are always so kind and helpful! As a family we rather give our money to local businesses over a chain restaurants when possible! Usually the food is better to begin with. I have two complaints that I will not dock them for because they are petty! The first one is the pierogie pizza isn't right. Dina's is the only one who makes it right. You have to put pierogies on it!!! Instant potatoes are gross and mashed potatoes do not equal pierogies! I will stand on this hill about it. The other one is small but a stuffed crust option would be lovely. I can get over it because I usually get wings or a small pizza anyways. The wings are amazing, I'm a bit disappointed they stopped saucing them lately because now I feel weird and I dip my ripped off meat in the sauce lol. This is the best pizza around. If you read my reviews, we are self proclaimed pizza snobs. We moved from Pittsburgh to west of Cleveland and tried nearly 20 pizza places since the move. I was about to give up entirely until we stumbled into this place. We got the Chicago deep dish with pepperoni. The sauce is to die for. The cheese is so awesomely gooey. The crust is perfect. And the pepperoni is not the cheap stuff you get from those other places. But don't take my word. Try it for yourself. I dare you. No, I double dog dare you. Nice try! I clearly told you in my review (see pic) that the girl who took my order and I discussed the coupon and the final cost. When I picked up my order, I even asked her if she wanted the coupon and she said "no she's got it'. You stating that the coupon is old is a lie. Warning customers again that this place does not care about their patrons and when they do something wrong, they blame the customer. Supporting local businesses is one of my favorite things to do. Pizza is always my go-to when ordering food for delivery. I typically go with a traditional pepperoni pizza. The pizza had a generous amount of cheese. The sauce is slightly sweet which is typically not my style but I really enjoyed it. The large pizza was the size of what other pizza shops come as a medium. They are known for their Chicago style pizza, but I'm just as big of a fan of their traditional pizzas. A large one topping pizza comes out to around $15. This is one of my favorite pizza places in the Parma area. I look forward to ordering from here again. read more

ordered three pizzas, one pepperoni, one sausage, one plain cheese. Upon arriving home, I noticed that each one had excessive oil types substance at bottom of pizza and in the box itself. Did not appear like regular oil. The underside of the pizza was very soft, and spongy, due to it sitting in the substance. I called up and asked what was going on. Was told that they bake their pizzas in a pan full of Crisco.. They explains the spongy texture, they made no effort to try to resolve the situation with me.
