Ordered 1/2 sheet pizza, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage, for delivery to our company for holiday lunch. Delivered 20 minutes late, and then got the wrong 1/2 sheet. Called and talked to manager - his response "well that's weird - the delivery guy must have mixed up the orders." He did not offer any resolution or courtesy. He just went silent. Tried Antonio's for the first time last night. Basic pizza with tough crust. Skimpy on the cheese and toppings. Service also left something to be desired . When I arrived for pickup I wasn't greeted by the kid behind the counter and stood there for about 5 mins a the while my pizza was the only one in the window behind the counter. I work at a local Nursing home in North Olmsted, Ohio. We have MANY residents that order various things from your company. All of the Resident are low income, and only have very limited funds to spend each month, so when they can order out it's a nice treat. I have to say that the delivery lady that came was outstanding. She was pleasant, patient, and extremely kind and well mannered. How ever when my Resident went to pay for his $26.00 wings she informed him that your drivers do not carry/ give change. Without anyone having any change to offer, to help him break his $50, he had to leave her a $24 tip. I do not think this is a good way to do business, and that once the food is cooked and here there is nothing else to do, but to pay for it. This is NOT A GOOD PRACTICE, and I believe you need to change your delivery policies to correct this. Thank you!!!!! read more

My wife asked prior to ordering and was told that its usually a half dozen. I am not a fan of Antonio's, but it's been a couple of years since my last visit and I've been on the lookout for the best fried chicken, so I'm checking out all of the local establishments and giving their offerings a try. Antonio's does often mail out coupons and you can get a four piece mixed fried chicken dinner with jojo's and coleslaw for $8.99. Things did not start out well. I called to place my order and at the end of the call I was put on hold then a new person answered wanting me to repeat everything because the prior person was doing deliveries and didn't enter my order. Then I was hung up on, accidentally? I called back and finally got my order placed, but when I showed up they only put in the chicken, not the chicken dinner. To be fair, they seemed super busy and the manager did do what he could to make things right which I appreciate. As for the meal, you get four huge jojo's and I like how coleslaw is included to balance out all of the fried stuff you're eating. The skin was not crunchy like I prefer, and I thought the breading was a bit salty, but honestly this is a me problem. I avoid salt when I can so when it is included in food the taste does come across strong to me. I'm sure others would not find the same issue. The chicken itself was good and moist. I am still on the hunt for the best fried chicken, but I encourage you to try out Antonio's yourself and form your own opinion. You might really enjoy them! read more

Very disappointing. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the Antonio's special salad with golden Italian dressing. I was told the order would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early and my order was ready early so I thought GREAT. When I got home the pizza tasted like it had been sitting around. The special salad was an entire head of iceberg lettuce with a small sprinkle of cheese and a few old dried of pieces of pepperoni. The golden Itaiian dressing was so thick and chunky it wouldn't even pour out of the plastic container. Very disappointing. I expected fresh and tasty food but it was awful. read more

I have to say- this pizza was really good. I was skeptical because I like to stick to my routine places (jets and papa johns) but I enjoyed this one. I got their Sicilian style pizza with just cheese and basil drizzle. I think what sold me was the drizzle!! So good. It really added a lot of flavor. My only complaint and the reason I took off a star is because the sides of the Sicilian were nice and crispy but the bottom was soft and had no crisp. We have had pizza without sauce, pizza with very little toppings, calzones that we're half filled, and tiny pieces of chicken. Let me admit something: my favorite type of pizza is a white pizza. I know this is sacrilegious to some, but white pizza for me hits a spot that no other type of pizza can. And when it comes to white pizza, Antonio's The Bianca (White) is the absolute best around. UPDATE: Damn. I don't get it. I enthusiastically ordered this pizza again, and this time it did not taste nearly as great. But it was still good. My guess is that the cheese and crust were more well done (browned) the first time around, whereas this time it may have been undercooked, with a much softer crust. My 5 star rating remains though, because I know what Antonio's is capable of. Antonio's Pizza is one of the best delivery pizza places in the Cleveland areas. Typically we order the Spinach and Artichoke Pizza because it is my fiance's favorite (I like it too). It is amazing! The last time we ordered from Antonio's, I discovered that they have deep dish. I strongly recommend the deep dish if you are a fan of true Chicago-style pizza. I've had many deep dish pizzas but none of them have held a flame against Giordano's in Chicago. Anotonio's deep dish pizza is as good as Giordano's and you don't need a plane ticket to get it. When I received it my pizza was cold my salad look like there was barely any cheese on it it was horrible. Delivery girl was great, no complaints there. If you are an Italian sausage lover, they have the 'good sausage' here. Salty pepperoni and nice cheese. My favorite thing about the pie was the crust. Great chew. My wings were cooked nicely, crispy on the outside and no rubbery guts. Im not a fan of the mild sauce, I tasted hot sauce only. The salad was loaded, I mean loaded with meat, beans, olives, banana peppers, cheese, egg, everything but the kitchen sink. Iceberg lettuce meh. The Italian dressing was way too sweet for my liking. I placed a second order, same salad (it's above average). This time I was able to specify what items I didn't want on the salad (green olives and banana peppers). This time I went with the deep dish pizza with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, green pepper and onion. My mistake, there was way too much going on. I would prob be raving about it if only had only one topping or just cheese. Heads up, the toppings don't seem to get cooked at all (like they do when their on top of the pie). So I ended up with raw veggies, and pepperoni without the depth that you get from the oven. Canned mushrooms? I deduct stars for that sh*t. When I first started ordering delivery from Antonio's, the food was good, for the most part. Their pasta dishes were okay. I ordered mostly was their four piece chicken dinner with JoJos and Cole Slaw. At first, this was a very good meal.
